App inconsistently asks for an access code, rending it unusable.
App is worsening
Why push an update and make it more difficult to use? 8 button pushes and several different screens are now required to do what previously could be done on one page. Suggestion: allow for previous trips to be repeated with one button push.
Excellent service
This app made our trip very easy to get around Deer Valley. The service is excellent, the vehicles are luxury, and the drivers are very prompt. I have nothing bad to say about using the app and shuttle service!

This app is incredibly convenient and couldn’t be easier to use! It saved us so much time during our stay in Deer Valley! Time that was better spent exploring together with family!

Love the service. We have been here 25 years and this the best. Only problem is that the opportunity for a tip does not always appear so some drivers have missed out😳. I am so sorry if we missed you!

Needs work
Both times I have used the app the “your location” for the pickup has not been accurate. If the app allowed me to call the driver I could have avoided the driver’s inconvenience. Both times the issue has been in downtown Park City.
Great addition to Deer Valkey
Been coming to Deer valley for 10+ years. This app is such a game changer. The ease of getting transportation has made our vacation so seamless. Great addition deer valley!
An great app for getting around DV
This app really added to my enjoyment of Deer Valley. The app is easy and simple. It made getting around DV so much easier. From the lodge to the slops to dinner. Only way to get around while in town.
Convenient
Really enjoyed the ease of getting around with the app. In the past I had to call the front desk for a ride even if I was already out on main st, but now I can use the app, very convenient.

So much easier
We’ve been coming to Black Diamond Lodge for Christmas for the last 7 years. We always enjoyed the complementary transit but now it’s so much better. The app is just so convenient, and you can even see your driver on the map when he’s heading to you. What an improvement.
Cost Cutting Tool
We have spent our entire vacation cold, waiting, and covered in snow. We’ve been coming to Deer Valley for over 10 years. We’ve enjoyed scheduling pickups and having great transportation experiences. This week has been so bad we finally started asking questions.
Deer Valley was bought by private equity in Colorado. They brought “the app”. This apps purpose is to force shared shuttle bus rides and measure every moment of time worked by the Escalade drivers. The app lacks:
1). Ability to schedule.
2). Driver contact mechanism.
3). Time estimates are very poor. Though it says 2 min, you can wait up to 40 minutes.
4). All Snow Park pickups are now shuttles. They don’t have enough room and people are literally arguing over who is first.
We are so tired of being cold and waiting! Get ready to just give up and call Uber. This app is aweful.

This app is horrible
Says it all in the title. I’ve been 45 min in the snow for two days, and they can’t send a car to drive me to one of their houses. Ever since this app, transit has gone down hill. Having shuttles busses with people standing up is not what we paid for. The app can’t differentiate between transit and individual car. This app is bad.
