This App needs a lot of work
So far, the App lets you make a request, but if you try to see nearby requests, it completely shuts down the app and you have to log back in. I put in a request for a new recycling bin 4 weeks ago and have been checking on it, this morning I logged in and my request had completely disappeared and they put me back at the end of the waiting list again. Frustrated to say the least.

Great so far!
I like that you can make a service request or see nearby service request. Example; The street lights on Central Ave., near N Franklin St are all out.
It works
Don’t listen to the other reviews, it works just fine.
Upon opening the app it asks you to sign in or sign up. You do so with name, and email address.
After creating an account you have a hotbar on the bottom of the screen with home, account, service request, messages, and others.
Trust me, it works!

Aware of what?
App is useless. Perhaps they should remove this app because it’s more embarrassing than anything.
This app isn’t very aware
Where do I start? nothing works, can’t even create an account. The forms aren’t labeled, no text gets registered when typing in the fields. No fields are even labeled it’s just a bunch of empty boxes.
