Cannot open on iPhone 17
The app became unusable when i upgraded my phone to an iPhone 17. Crashes every time i open it, even after deleting and reinstalling

HIDDEN plans and overpriced
I used them for a while thinking i was getting all that is promised in the promotions but its all lies they only do 50 brokers and charge $129 for that i use easy-optouts $20 a year and i ger ALOT more for my money. Most of the data brokers are custom request only if you go to there website. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY

Just bought this
I can’t login. It says credentials not valid. I saved the username and password. Not a great start at all.
Can’t create account
Every time I try to create an account it tells me that I need to check my internet. It doesn’t matter if I am connected to high speed internet, I get a pop up that says “Oops - Please check your internet connection & try again later.” And I’ve tried multiple times from various locations and nothing. This is a scam - please don’t download

Can’t enroll problems
Downloaded the app, but it won’t let me join. Keep saying Internet connection problem. Need to fix the bugs gonna delete the app.
Can’t sign up
When clicking “join delete me” an error prompt will always pop up telling me there was a problem with my internet connection.

USELESS
Downloaded App hit button to join DeleteMe and received error message “No internet connection” There is fast internet connection. If I try using an app and have technical issues signing up the app has serious issues.
Bad App/Stupid Service
This is a bad service. Pay for lifelock or another company. You pay $100 for a really vague report presented to you after three months of waiting. App has all kinds of bugs and issues.
Poor quality app
The delete me service seems pretty good so far, but it’s obvious they didn’t spend a lot of time and money developing their app. It’s awkward to use and doesn’t have good features.
