Drivers Treated Unfairly
Delivereasy seems to be playing a smart game with its delivery drivers. They hire more and more drivers over time and retain them only when orders are very limited. Their strategy appears to be approving new drivers at first, then suddenly stopping approvals, claiming they are giving priority to full-time drivers. If that were true, then why are full-time drivers still facing intense competition from new recruits every day?
Their communication is poor, yet they continue hiring new drivers as needed. As independent contractors, there is no guaranteed work, but the company relies on vague terms like “grey line” to justify their practices.

App no friendly like the employers of company
It’s a great app
Better inter-operability screams the driver! Between the watch and the phone, there should be more seamless notifications. More changes on the watchOS front especially can do wonders. Maintaining workflow routes with other apps could also be better for those that work with metaverse related jobs so that nature of work with deliverables and pay rates are better communicated to the agents and can lead to improved customer experiences.

Need improvement specially on notification
Average app can’t even compare with the old school one. Doesn’t make any kind of notification sound unless you turn on and check the app. Need lots of improvements in notifications. Other delivery apps are much more easy to manage.
Slave labour
You work as an employee without being an actual employee. Can’t wait to see these crooks get taken to court. It’s coming.

30$ an hour is a spam most you get is 15-20 and that when its busy. They ignore drivers completely and no proper communication as they completely rely on them to send them trips.
Tipping system for drivers & earnings tracker
Please add these two features
Terrible app, terrible money, demanding company!
I did this job for around 3 months before I decided this cars crashing on its own! The app often doesn’t notify you of communications, and if it does it because they want it to! They say in ads “earn up to and over $30 an hour”. This is extremely misleading and unrealistic. You should expect $6-15 hourly as an average, at most!

Meh
I mean… it’s okay if you’re happy with $8 an hour before tax
Good stuff
Good man
Tipping system for drivers
Pls create a tipping system for drivers, might motivate drivers to provide better services…
Needs work
App sends multiple notifications for each message or order update.
Previously there was an issue with notifications not coming thru, now the answer is to spam users while they are trying to drive??

Tip option
Please give us a way to tip your drivers
Problems must have been patched
Accurate tracking. very responsive. satisfied with the app
Delivereasy; not really your own boss eh?!
All they care about is for you to deliver. No matter how you are feeling (mentally or physically) before or during a shift. They bully drivers in their Messanger/ text and call to jump on a shift, start early or finish late because they constantly suffer from high driver turnover. Not to say their rates are the lowest in the industry. Such a shame businesses like this thrive in this country.

Don’t work here
As the title suggests I wouldn’t recommend working here. They get you ordering 3-5 meals sometimes which is just unreasonable and impossible for you to keep it warm. They don’t care about your mental and physical well-being and will guilt trip you into working even if you’re sick (like I was).
Shift schedule
Shift schedule is only showing 50% so when you go request a shift all the days are showing 50% so you don’t know if there’s more then enough drivers not good enough please fix this issue drivers are just going out and wasting petrol
Good app, Needs a earning tracker
The app is good, works well and doesn’t seem to have any bugs in its current version. It needs an earnings tracker, ideally daily as well as biweekly tracker to match the pay cycle and allow drivers to accurately know what they’ll be earning in a given pay period
Not the best app as a work tool
This app needs more capability improvements. Having to uninstall and reinstall the app on a weekly basis is not good. Also having the app crash during high peak service times ain’t good either. Which happens a few times as well.
Drivers
It’s very hard to use for drivers
