I literally cannot log in with my correct credentials

I need this app for my insurance, but it cannot be used. This is a pretty big problem.

Zero Apple Wallet integration

This app was no doubt made by the intern.
Each tab only displays roughly two lines of info, 90% of the app is just empty screen space.
And they don’t even let you import your dental/vision cards into Apple Wallet.
This is the first insurance company I’ve been with that still hasn’t adopted this feature, and the thought never struck as they were creating an iPhone app to put on the App Store.
