This app got a nice facelift. It’s much easier to use and provides great info about my insurance, savings, and claims.
Terrible app
The only real use for this app is the membership card. Every other feature is a complete fail. It is as bad as the website

I literally cannot log in with my correct credentials
I need this app for my insurance, but it cannot be used. This is a pretty big problem.
Zero Apple Wallet integration
This app was no doubt made by the intern.
Each tab only displays roughly two lines of info, 90% of the app is just empty screen space.
And they don’t even let you import your dental/vision cards into Apple Wallet.
This is the first insurance company I’ve been with that still hasn’t adopted this feature, and the thought never struck as they were creating an iPhone app to put on the App Store.

Simple and reliable
I think people need to give this app another chance. It’s simple. Doesn’t need to be complicated. Works great for me every time.
Unusable
Won’t lent me make a profile even though I’m a member. They are not available to take calls after 6, so it makes you take time from work to resolve issues.
Can’t ever log in
I can’t log in through the app. I can’t log in through their website. Neither ever works. Nice knowing I pay so much money but can’t even find a dentist because they’re so incompetent in creating an app or website. Absolutely ridiculous
Can’t Even Get Started
I’ve tried multiple times to even create the account and I have to close out of the app and open it back up for every single step. In the end I couldn’t even finish because it said their was an error. TERRIBLE app.
Waste of time!
This app is horrible !! I’ve been trying to view my plan for hours, it just continues to load, even reinstalled the app twice! There’s no back button so you have to close the entire app to get to the previous page! The website isn’t any better!!
Registering
I echo the complaint from a year ago. Looks like the system still is not fixed. I tried registering multiple times and I keep getting an Error message, even after the system recognizes me!!??

After reading the reviews, I was skeptical, but once I downloaded the app I quickly learned they fixed most of the issues people have complained about. It’s easy to register and to find a doctor in your nextwork! I like that I can see my vision and dental cards all in one place and that I can email it to the provider I choose to go to. My only suggestion is that once I pick a provider I’d like to be able to save it in my account on the app for quick access to their hours and a way to contact them instead of having to be taken out of the app on the web to look up the provider again. It’s minor, but I would enjoy the app a lot more with this feature for its ease of use! Thanks for fixing all of the issues!

App use to crash like crazy after I updated to iOS 14. They finally got it to work. Yay!

I just downloaded this app and every time I go to open it the app crashes.

Just got my new ID cards with instructions to download the app. So I did but it just crashes. I wouldn’t be sending out a note to members to download the app if it doesn’t work.
