Horrible Payment System
Please Read!!
This app has the worst payment system ever and has caused me to loose more money than needed!
This is because when you go into the app to pay off your payment plan you can either choose from two options; that being to pay off the total remaining balance in whole OR to pay off a custom amount that is deducted from the total remaining balance but NOT from the payment that is due!! And THIS is where my issue begins as I’ve consistently been having problems with the direct debit system, thus causing for my initial payment to then BECOME overdue as I am unable to manually and automatically transfer the payment - due to the horrible design of this app, THUS making me incur an overdue fee!!
I’ve already discussed this issue with the DentiCare customer service team(s) on multiple occasions and have been unable to resolve this issue since.

Useless app
The app is actually useless. It’s difficult to sign into. It’s ridiculous that you need to sign into it every time you open it on your phone.
Do not do use DentiCare
Do Not Use DentiCare !!!!! They are an absolute scam, they rip off their customers. They also process direct debits of almost double the amount with asking for your permission. They are one of the grubbiest companies I have ever seen
No essential features on the app
The app only offers a high level review of your currently payment plan. There’s no live chat to help answer questions. Nowhere you can download your MONTHLY health fund payment receipt to claim from insurance. They used to email you every month now they stopped it, but please make sure that customer can download themself at least? It’s kind of useless to be honest.

Terrible App
Have been paying my daughters braces via DentiCare for past year and a half. Would be nice if the app actually worked. My name, email and account details are all correct however the app keeps telling me they’re not ….. I can’t even create an account.
