Loving this but it’s a bit addictive. It’s great for finding new designers based on ones you already like too.
Robbery
The fees they charge on this app is ridiculous. I joined a couple other apps and they’re not nearly as bad. After purchasing an item for what you think you got a deal on, turns out to be the amount you can buy it in the store brand new.
Chill out on the shipping reminders
This app needs to chill on the shipping reminders like for some ppl usps is only open on weekends and also we have to take into account holidays 😭 like damn ik I have to ship the item out i don't need ten notifications telling me most sellers ship in 3 days. And the fees on this app are genuinely ridiculous it's about to make me switch over to vinted.

My new favorite form of selling my work
I was a little nervous first downloading this app however it’s so convenient and easy for my customers to connect and find where my work is.
Poor customer service
If I could give a 0 star I would. Not only does some of the sellers not answer back when you receive items broken, but when you raise an issue with the company, it takes them days to even answer back, and then expect you (the buyer) to pay to ship the items back to the seller. In no way is that ok. That is poor business etiquette and I will never order anything from this site again. Poshmark and other sites are much better in my eyes. I truly hope they make changes on the way their business is ran.

Horrible Customer Service
My account was suspended a week ago with no prior warnings or a reasoning email. I have put in multiple support tickets and have received nothing but a generic bot email response. We can’t login to our account to access our earnings and from reading other reviews, it seems like this happens to a lot of people. I don’t understand how it’s so hard to have decent customer service, especially for something like this. We were really enjoying using the app too. It’s a shame that this is even happening.

SELLERS BEWARE! Depop Stole My Money & Locked Me Out
SELLERS BEWARE! DO NOT TRUST DEPOP! I just started using Depop for the first time to sell items on their market. After making my first sale, I followed the instructions for shipping. I boxed up the items, took them to USPS, scanned the barcode and shipped the items. In the middle of shipping (like the items were literally in transit) Depop locked me out of my account for “violating their terms” ?! Literally after following the instructions to a T. I already shipped the items and the money I should have collected is still sitting in my account. I submitted multiple appeals to get into my account, all were routed to an AI bot that has done nothing to help me. DO NOT TRUST DEPOP as a seller.

I think there should be a way to utilize your cash balance as a seller as payment for items in app. rather than have to transfer the balance out then use it
repetitive listings
when browsing listings in reccomended or search, the same listings appear multiple times. it’s annoying to have to scroll through the same listings to get to new ones.

My account got suspended due to me violating the terms, i’ve contacted depop multiple times, and yet every single time they have ignored me. I had money on the account that they suspended and they will NOT give me that money back. And now i can’t even use depop on my device or make a new account at all. Literally horrible customer service and support. would give it a 0/0 if i could
