Of all the secondhand apps, I’ve never used one with such a high track record for terrible sellers. Maybe 10% of purchases won’t turn into regrets with misleading listings and terrible sellers. Depop Customer Service is cheeks, expect no help.

Horrible app
Well don’t really know where to start. Maybe the fact that this app said that my first order was going to have free shipping then I had to pay for shipping. Is what it is I just paid for it. Of course they have to add in their marketplace fees too. Huge joke there. Just taking even more advantage of people both on the buying and selling side. I had an issue with an order that I placed and tried to raise an issue with DEPOP to get the issue resolved in which they would not help me and just asked me to reach out to the seller instead. Seller ghosted me and would not respond back and after the allotted time I had to wait to be able to escalate the issue with DEPOP now I am waiting even more time for customer service to look into the issue and even though the item has still never shipped they are allowing the seller another couple weeks before they do anything about it. In the meantime I am out over $600. I don’t suggest using this app. I’ll probably just stick to eBay even as sketchy as it can be.

Depop is one of my favorite apps. It has a feed curated specially for you based on your interests and sizes. as both a seller and a customer it really is an amazing app.

Constant bugs
This app is constantly full of bugs. For example, right now you can’t even copy posts. Is not user friendly for sellers due to all the random bugs. Even after updates there are still bugs in the app. If you don’t get bothered by unending bugs then it’s fine to use

Worst Shopping App Ever
I would give this app 0 stars if I could. I am not able to even change my email without the verification link failing, and customer support is next to useless in actually fixing the issue. The one order I placed on this app, the seller was not able to ship it. I have not encountered such a terrible experience with any other shopping app I use, like Mercari or Vinted. Do better.
