As title states. Haven’t been able to use my rewards points. Not automatically applied like the rewards page states.

Felt cheated, signed up for app thinking 15% was off on the whole order, when checking out, that was not the case. Shame on me for getting sucked in.
Great products - terrible app
I will continue shopping here because I love the product selection, but man is it stressful to login to my account and track packages. Not very user friendly.

No option to enter 15% off promo
If you download the app they send you a discount code, but there is nowhere to enter the discount code at checkout.
Unethical Business
This company is unethical. I have purchased thousands of dollars of items from them. My last order from them was missing an item. They will not ship it to me. I have filled out their forms and gone back and forth without any resolution. They only want to offer me a 50% discount but won’t send me the item.

Subscription Fraud
They offer discount for subscription and say you cancel anytime. I signed up and canceled the next day, got an email confirming the cancellation request. I then deleted my card info off the app. 4 months later, I see another pending charge. Customer service refused to cancel the order saying it’s. “Too late” although it hasn’t shipped yet. They also won’t delete my credit card information. Total fraud

Great products to choose from
It’s easy shopping for brands that are hard to locate, especially when you live in smaller towns. They also have competitive sales and great perks. The package always arrives in great condition and extra surprises in it. Simple shopping without the attitudes.

I was supposed to get a 15% discount for first time purchase. I was Not given the code nor did the option to enter the code appear on the purchase order.
Dermstore is Great!
I love how it’s so easy and fast to find my favorite brands and the treatments within that brand. While the bonus gift is wonderful, I also appreciate a discount on shipping. But, I would score you higher if your base prices and shipping were lower.

Bad cart UX, false discount claims
The cart totaling UX on this app is confusing and overly complicated. There are multiple pops up that shouldn’t appear because I don’t qualify for the new user discount. What is the point of signing into an app if I’m going to continued to be bombarded with messages not personalized to me? Teased with ad on website saying I’d get 15% off for using the app. There was no disclaimer which products don’t qualify. Only learned the products I ordered didn’t qualify at the end of the process. So basically it lied. The company has bad practices too, including sending a separate box with nothing but a postcard in it. What a wasteful way to conduct business. Won’t shop here again.
