Transaction Description
I enjoy the app but would love more detail on the transactions. They are currently a bit vague, in my opinion. More description of the source would be helpful. Mostly regarding outside card providers streaming through the channels. Hard to tell what are legitimate transactions as currently constructed.

Usually a good app, but...
Usually a great app, but my only issue is when a check is deposited and you go to view the check that's deposited is often not viewable which makes that feature absolutely useless.

What has happened since iOS 15.??
Prob since iOS 15.?? my app has not worked. I have uninstalled. Reinstalled rebooted. Everything under the sun and it logs me in then gives an error message saying network not secure. Log into another network or contact support REF 6500. The bank was of no help when I contacted them.

You could update the credit card log in like the banking app by having it save your info and facial recognition. I love the new log in for the bank app part, now just change the credit card log in home page

App for ants?
Why is it the mobile website is easier to see than this app? Everything’s so tiny I have to magnify every time I enter it. It’s pretty inconvenient. I don’t know why I have this app if the mobile website is easier to read- and I don’t have difficulty reading! The default is that tiny!

This app is so user friendly.
Needs more features
Good app but every time I get an update from Apple, I lose the secure “fingerprint” login with this app. Also, if you need forget your password, you are never allowed to go in and change it, you always have to call them. I appreciate the security, but if I enter enough secure information, I should be able to change my password!

It never works the first time you login. You have to try 2-3 times before you can actually get into your account.

This app is not up to date. I have found that it doesn’t seem to run smoothly and it still is only compatible with fingerprint login. I’d love to see an update where the app transitions between screens more smoothly, where it’s easier to find mobile deposit (I can’t find it anywhere!), and where I can use Face ID to login instead of having to type my credentials every single time I login.

Great app. Needs to support fingerprint long on
The app did release an update about a year ago or so that supported the fingerprint scan to log in. This feature does not work at least with the iPhone 7. It would be great to add this feature back.
Why???
I just recently got this app, and I got it mainly because I want to deposit checks through it. Well, that feature is great. No problems there. My issue is that after logging in with my user name and password, I have to answer two security questions....Every. Single. Time. Why???
If you guys really read these, how about updating it to be able to sign in using the fingerprint function? That's how my other banking app is, and it is great.
If the sign-in process was updated to not be like it is not, I would review it again with 5 stars. To me it is THAT annoying.
