Not user friendly

Feels like I’m using an app designed for the first iPhone 20 years ago. Features rarely work. Face ID never works. Doesn’t recognize your password until you’ve entered it 15 times. Random issues all the time. Kinda crazy for a bank that is so extremely helpful and friendly in person.

Failed app

I downloaded this app, try to log in, and it sends me to download the new app for mobile when THIS IS THE NEW APP FOR MOBLIE. It used to be so good when flagstar wasn’t the owners. It restricted me out of the app when I tried logging back in when I had 0 issue before.

Needs some work

Despite my best efforts to set up Touch ID log-in on this app, it refuses to cooperate. It also refuses to remember my username no matter how many times I tell it to. I signed up for an account alert and received 4 alerts for the same transaction all just a few minutes apart. This app is definitely in need of some work! Please fix the Touch ID issues, as this makes the app much more user friendly. I miss the old app. It worked much better.
