Shady AF

Dont trust this company. they will keep charging after you cancel like you never did it even though their online says confirmed. They even were ballsy enough to attest to that after a dispute and two attempts to cancel. Scummy foreign company.

DeskTime App won’t let us login!

I’ve tried logging into the app at three different times and it just keeps loading. Please fix!! We would love to use this product for our business

Not worth it

Solid tool on desktop, but app is buggy and customer service is downright awful.

Simple and accurate

This is the most accurate monitoring tool we've ever used at our organization. It's design is intuitive and gives you the info that matters at a glance.

Incredibly useful for time management!

We’ve been using DeskTime for many years, as it provides a nice way to track our productivity and understand our time management habits. Great new iOS app update recently as well!

Doesn’t work

“Email address is invalid” when it’s not, I use the website all the time.

Useless

Downloaded the app and tried to register but keep getting an error message "action (register) does not exist." Not wasting anymore time on this - if you're going to create an app, it's a good idea to be sure it actually works. Deleting this...bye Felicia.

App crashes all the time

This app constantly crashes when you try to change pages/views or select an employee or category to view.

It also does not log time spent on the phone as part of my overall productive time.

The app never opened after a persistent effort. Bugs?
