IOS not Supporting Copy and Paste
The app doesn’t work with copy paste test on iPhone or any IOS when writing reports.
It only works with android devices.

Worst app ever
The amount of bugs and issues with this app would be too numerous to put into a review so let me say the main ones.
ITS SLOW & LAGGY.
YOU CANNOT PLAY MEDIA WHILE APP IS OPEN. (If I’m writing log reports and want to play music in background etc)
IT WILL LOG OUT IF YOU UPLOAD MORE THAn 5 PHOTOS.
YOU HAVE TO MANUALLY SELECT EACH CHECK BOX FOR THE SAME LOCATIONS EVEN IF ITS THE SAME CHECKS EVERYTIME. There needs to be a memory function.

Poorly Optimized
This app deletes your reports randomly, and it is impossible to scroll through without it constantly swiping back up on its own.
Ok app,poor execution
Intuitive app (for the most part). Lately I’ve been having issues with the app freezing and not being able to add notes or change anything. I hav to force reset the app. There is no consistency with when the issue happens. I can have the app open constantly as the only app open and it will crash. Other times, I can go a whole shift with no issues, even with swapping back and forth from multiple apps. Multiple app updates have taken place that have not fixed the issue. If I had any say so, the company would leave this system and try others.

This app needs a plethora of upgrades. It crashes regularly. Has extremely slow loading. Cuts out audio while in the app. Etc. my company uses this app, I’d really hope it changes tremendously or my company chooses a new one.
Very Glitchy on iPhone
The app “works” on iPhone ok, gets the job done but it is light years faster on android, how about fix the bugs in the iOS versions so it works the same no matter what phone you have.

Need app help
Great app just recently have encountered an issue with the photo attachment. Not letting me upload.

Many issues with the iOS version of this app.
On iOS it allows you to upload multiple photos at a time, but will only upload one or sometimes none of the photos you’ve selected. Example you tried to upload 5, it’s say successfully upload 5 photos and only 2 photos are there. When attempting to save a report, the save button is cut off and does not appear on the screen. When writing a report the header with the 3 lines will be stuck in the middle of the screen and prevents you from wiring a report. If you scroll to fast while selecting observations on patrol report it will crash the app.
Pleaseeeee fix the app.

Terrible!!
App runs like crap software is obviously outdated i wouldn’t recommend this app not even to my competitors that’s how terrible it is it is very slow long waiting periods app always glitches and closes

Also in the attachment photos, there needs to be delete confirmation. I accidentally deleted a video instantly that i needed for a court case.

Photos slow

Good work, but takes up a lot of space
It’s a great app perfect for my patrol duties I have rarely any issues with it however the app is taking up 22 GB from my iPhone so I’m constantly having to delete photos and videos
App force closes during reports
My security company uses this app for reports and guard tour mainly What is frustrating is almost every single time I’m doing a activity report or patrol report while I’m typing in the report In the notes section the app force closes And luckily the app saves the last report but sometimes it force closes on me over and over again. Sometimes 4 out 5 times depending on how long the report is the longer the more times it closes … I work patrol where I hit over 50 buildings a night and when I’m in a hurry to finish the rest of my route due to contacts or reports it’s frustrating to be kicked out of the app over and over again … wasting more time This app should be updated and worked on a little bit more

Needs improvement
The select multiple phones at once tends to occasionally leave out a selected photo here and there. When selecting a single phone it will not upload the attachment at times.
Somehow not compatible but listed as compatible (?)
This app states it is compatible with iPad 7th Gen and iOS 11 and up. Well mine is 7th Gen with iOS 15 and some change (lol) and it is giving me an error message stating my device is not compatible. I am a bit confused.
