im a history teacher so i figured this would be pretty thin. but the hypogeum section, the tunnel level underneath where the animals and the fighters waited to get winched up through the trapdoors, dex actually does that right. i stood in a hot corridor for like 20 minutes just listening to it. my own students tune out when i cover the exact same material, so. humbling. security line was 40 minutes though, bring water

finally get it
ive read a ton about this dome over the years and kept none of it. dex lays out the concrete, unreinforced, still standing after 2000 years, and nobody has fully nailed down the mix. first time any of it stuck. clear without being dumbed down, which is harder than it sounds

I was in Rome last week and this app was an absolute gamechanger. I am the guy that will open up Wikipedia and read tidbits about the museum I am in. This app upgraded that experience for me and how. I felt like I was in a movie and the story was unfolding all around me. It felt like a new way of traveling and experiencing and it genuinely made my visit better. I am very excited to use this next.

Amazing experience
Used this app on my Tower of London tour, and it was absolutely amazing. I really loved this new way of traveling where I have a personal guide with whom I can chat, ask questions, and that person can guide me around. Absolutely loved it.
