Horrendous Set Up
I quite literally never write negative reviews . I wasted more time setting this up and attempting to delete it than anything else. Then it would auto start on my desktop, not allow me to close it out or force quit, which would then not allow me to delete the app itself . This is wild
Cannot really test
There is no free plan to really test. 7 day trial is way too short for testing a relationship building tool. It seems to be more a list of contacts like so many other CRMs. Cannot test without giving your credentials to your Google or other accounts – phishy. Also, I found people reporting that data was not deleted after they cancelled – a huge privacy concern. Deleted it before even being able to create a first contact.

Frustrating
It’s a great concept and should be the perfect thing, but I cannot get it to fully connect to appointments and email.
More AI needed
I wish there was more AI features to do the heavy lifting, much manual work here - will come under severe pressure from mail apps that are baking in most CRM features now…
