Garbage cars
Do not use. I ordered a luxury car. They sent a six year old Ford Taurus that was not a black car. It was gray and it had dents all over it and was dirty inside and out.
I’ve had good experiences with them but this was terrible and I’ll never use the service again.

They will give you the runaround and then leave you stranded. Just did it to me.
Fantastic Car Service, Horrible App
I’ve used Dial 7 for decades, and the drivers and dispatchers are terrific - efficient, courteous, always on time. Its Web site, though, is bad, and the app is unusable. One or the other are both habitually tell me my phone number is not recognized, my email doesn’t exist, and my home address doesn’t exist - all data that’s been part of my account for years.

Good service, bad app
I’ve used Dial 7 before and always enjoyed their professional service. Downloaded the app for the time today and can’t believe how bad it is. Cannot sign in. Support links do not work. Did no one test this app? Do better.
Phenom drivers & cars
This is the second time I’ve used Dial7 car service and I cannot say how unbelievably professional, personal, courteous and safe drivers they are not to mention their cars are spotless. On both occasions I was an hour away from home and it was the best car ride ever not to mention their prices are extremely fair in this competitive market. .

I’m so happy with the service and how the app worked. The driver held up a Dial 7 sign which was very helpful for finding him. A very quiet and smooth ride, professional service.

Great Car Service, Terrible App Service
The app does not recognize many addresses, including such major hotels such as the New York Hilton JFK. Even if you put the map pointer directly on top of a particular busking, it will often give you a nearby address, but not the one you are at. This is a pretty important part of a car service app and should be fast-tracked for fixing.

Exceptional Service!
I have used this car service for several years now and have never been disappointed. They are Always on time and even sometime a little early in picking you up yet never rushing you to leave early. Very dependable. Will be my car service when I travel to New York. Wish they were in Atlanta Georgia!
Very poor app functionality
Downloaded onto new iPhone with updated software and simply will not work.
Won’t save a credit card
Wish the app would save a credit card. I have filled it out sever times. It send me the code then I get an error. No response from server. Very annoying. Fix the App.
Also the app couldn’t find my united flight so it wouldn’t allow me to book. I had to call and wait on hold.

Service and value great; app function mediocre.
New version similar to Uber and Lyft. Initial driver who accepted the reservation was too far away. Had to cancel and make a new reservation. Which makes me question the purpose of a reservation if it's functioning like the Uber model. But value is still unbeatable.

Can't even use the app as it won't connect to server even after quitting and restarting.

Dial 7 has always come through for me. Drivers are usually not just on time but early and are great people to chat with.
In the age of Uber, these guys are dead!
Bad app, worse service.
Unusable
I've had an account for years, but app didn't recognize phone number and would allow sign in. Fine, I tried to key in my personal info-- but app won't allow that either, saying username already is in use! I give up. App is useless garbage.
Google Maps?
Why would I want google to know when and where I'm riding with Dial7? Please swap to the built in maps and I'll give it another go.
