Previous travel missing
Good App and very useful for quick reference to travel arrangements but the latest release seems to have omitted my previous trips. Although obviously not relevant to future travel it was useful to look back on dates, airlines and past travel details. Retrograde step I feel.
Doesn’t work
It used to be a decent app. I guess they’ve just given up on it. Every screen you tap it says there’s an error, can’t log in, can’t access details. It doesn’t work anymore - at all.

I have been getting my holidays from Marie and Tristan for a few years now they are always amazing and on the ball, nothing is to much and I must omit I must drive them mad sometimes, they always find the best prices the nicest places and always there to advise me, If I am away and I have any problems they are on the end of the phone and deal with it straight away with no problem , so I always feel safe knowing they are there . First class
I was desperate to get a flight for my son who had had an accident whilst in Spain. I couldn’t find one at all by fluke I saw the advert for DialAFlight which said answered in 5 seconds. It was and Marshall was extremely helpful and managed to get a flight booked for the first one leaving the next day. The reason there wasn’t any flights was because of the football fans returning from the Madrid game.
I received all the booking information promptly and my son was able to get home and after a hospital stay has been lucky enough to not loose a finger from his accident.

Amazing update and service
Nightmare
Sent this app as booked holiday with Dialaflight- won’t let me register. Deleted and downloaded again and used different username and password and still won’t let me register.

Really don’t like apps that immediately ask all your details before you can even see what it’s about. Immediately deleted.

A refreshingly simple to use but very effective app . Everything you need to know about your booking and a whole lot more from vaccinations to visas.10/10
It's ok for the price
It,s ok if you are an existing customer. It gives you your next flight and the hotel details and map. On an iPad it only displays portrait which is annoying.

InvaluableTravel App
Tis app was recomended to me by the people at DialAFlight when I booked with them. I has been invaluable when traveling as it has kept the info stored ofline when traveling so as not to charge on extortonate data rates when away. An iPad version would be usefull though?

I deleted as quick as I installed...I searched for flights and the results came back we have flights available but please call us to discuss..on an 0844 number...no thanks
A good effort, but not yet much use
You can only look at one booking ref at a time and to look at another you have to delete your login details and start again! To log in You need the DialAFlight booking reference, which you get from the confirmation e-mail which contains a PDF of your bookin details anyway - so why do you need the app? Finally the most useful feature would be to be able to send the booking details straight to iCal, but the app doesnt have that feature. Really needs a rethink and relaunch!!!

My company use dial a flight for getting me to work, this app is great when travelling for checking connections a for reviewing your bookings. I can't comment about booking flights as the nice lady at the office does that for me. I'm writing this at home so it must work! :)
