No direction
It is just a random sequence of video s that repeats on a loop. No sense of direction no order nothing. It says you can preview which is a lie you cant even see past videos again they get locked. You can do this for free on Youtube with better guidance and results.

Very disappointed with this app. I paid for it expecting professional guidance for diastasis recti exercises, but the videos keep stopping and do not play properly. The coaching also feels robotic and not personalized. For a paid app, the technical issues and overall experience are frustrating.
