Glitchy. Horrible Customer Experience

Save your money. This app’s workouts doesn’t flow well and glitches and stops most times. The AI coach never works and this is a joke of a customer experience.

No direction

It is just a random sequence of video s that repeats on a loop. No sense of direction no order nothing. It says you can preview which is a lie you cant even see past videos again they get locked. You can do this for free on Youtube with better guidance and results.

Part of what you describe was a real bug: a playback issue caused videos to restart and loop, which made the program feel scrambled and out of order. That has been fixed in the latest update. The workouts follow a set progression built specifically for diastasis recti, starting with deep core reactivation and building from there, because doing the right movements in the right order is what gets results. On the locked videos, that is not how it is meant to work. Rewatching past sessions works correctly in the current version. Please update the app and give it another look. Very disappointed with this app. I paid for it expecting professional guidance for diastasis recti exercises, but the videos keep stopping and do not play properly. The coaching also feels robotic and not personalized. For a paid app, the technical issues and overall experience are frustrating.

The workout screen now displays fully on all iPhone sizes, and the pacing between exercises has been improved so you have time to get set before the next movement begins. didn’t think it would change this fast

I measured my diastasis gap and didn’t think it would change fast. After a short time using the app, the separation was nearly gone and my waist looked flatter
