Missing Account Graph
Only giving a 1 star because my previous bank which was acquired by Dietrich had a wonderful dashboard with a graph of my account balances. It’s now gone. Please bring it back!
No alerts?!
Forced to this bank from first bank. The app has never been good compared to other banking apps. Unable to register device even tho it says it is registered. Now I don’t receive alerts. The pending transactions take longer it seems as well. I’ve never had late fees ever and all the sudden have had 3 in last few weeks. Time to change.

This new version really is horrible. It it not intuitive to use. Not user friendly at all.

Forced Migration
I was forced to migrate here from my old bank, and it isn’t a bad app, I just wish they had the option to send text notification or notifications from the app after card use or deposits. Then it would be 5 star
Transfers..
It would be nice that if you do a transfer that you could attach a note to it .. so later on you would remember what it was for or have a trailer on it

how easily I can transfer money, pay bills and deposit checks all from my phone! All of the bugs from the original launch have been fixed! So easy to use, this app offers transfers to and from Dieterich Bank accounts and other bank’s accounts, mobile check deposit, bill pay, the ability to turn your debit cards on and off, etc.

Convenient, Easy to use
This app is convenient. You can quickly access account history, make deposits, and set up transfers. Could have a little more functionality (like in app bill pay or financial advisor) but overall it’s an easy way to monitor your account and make quick, convenient transactions.

I’m close to switching banks. Get it together Dieterich. The app is going about as smooth as the online crossover.

Update has locked me out
Once I updated app, u am prompted to update every time I try to open it. A vicious circle. Update, open, prompt to update again, update, attempt to open again, prompted to update again....................etc.

Was one of the user with the bad update. Have uninstalled several times. I still can’t get into my account! 😕
Won’t update
Says it’s updated, but it keeps telling me the new version is required. Also won’t show me the accurate $ number in my account or let me pay bills. This really needs to be fixed!

Prompts you to update. When you do IT doesn’t.
