Map view
Need to fix the map view to see where the tickets are located. Mine show to be over 200 miles away and then disappear when I tap on them to zoom in and never reappear.
Crashes
App continuously crashes when trying to load photos even after letting it load for over an hour….frustrating….

None of my tickets show up spoke to customer service on multiple times and still nothing showing up
Better Description with Addresses Needed
DigCheck would be better if address where included with photos and listed in numerical order

GPS coordinates would be helpful, along with directions to a location that when an address is not specified.
Great app!
This is great for updates along the way. It even shows pictures if the locator takes them. A great app and works well!
Ultra Simple App
This app is just for viewing your tickets really, see the desktop version if you need full control. Great for what it is. Simplicity is great, low data use.
Great tool if it worked
I came from USIC and used this app everyday. It is my understanding this version is SUPPOSED to be for excavators to use but the App WILL NOT let you create a log in and password. Useless
Text and background
If possible, please make the text viewable when the background is in dark mode. Right now the text stays black and it is unreadable when searching for the excavator.
How do you even use this app?
As others have said...this opens a login prompt, as does the website, with no option anywhere to create an account. So what are you supposed to do?
Can’t login or sign-up
Downloaded the app hoping to streamline my dig tests. But when I open the app it takes me directly to a login with no option to sign up first. I tried using my USIC info to login but, it won’t let me sign in I’ve tried over and over again and checked to make sure that my info is correct on the USIC site. What am I doing wrong?

Recommendation
It crashed as I was doing audits and I lost my place. It would be nice to be able to drill down to a specific tech, not just crew.
DigCheck is AWESOME!!!
Oh my! Awesome app. Someone needs to get the word out about this app. This will save trips back to the dig site to verify exactly what and where has been marked.

Poor IOS version
The biggest thing for me is time, so that is why I am very disappointed with this app on my iphone, 2 issues so far: 1) when looking at the tickets it does not show any details on the dashboard you have to know what the ticket number is to attach tickets otherwise you just have to open every single ticket to find which one you need to attach photos to, way too time consuming. 2) when attaching photos, you must take and upload one photo at a time. Too much wasted time

Too much complaining
For everyone on here complaining about this app and not being able to register, you have to be a USIC employee to log in, anyone on here that says they are an employee and doesn’t know how to log in is either lying or is an idiot. We are given log in credentials by USIC. Everyone else don’t waste your time, this is a tool for USIC locators to keep track of tickets, upload pictures to them, etc.....

Can’t create user account and...
This app opens to the log-in screen with no option to create a user account. I work for a large company and rely on my states utility locate site to enter locates and get status updates on positive responses. I’ve been told by two USIC supervisors in my area to use this app; well, frankly i don’t want to use a proprietary app to check status updates. I have now had two occasions in the same week where a USIC Supervisor has informed me that the locate had been completed days ago while the state site still shows USIC’s locate to be ONGOING. If USIC employees have had to change their positive response updating process and are now using this or some other proprietary app designed to update the state sites - ITS NOT WORKING - AND ITS COSTING ME VALUABLE TIME!!! I don’t want your app... I want you to get your work done on time and, I want the state site successfully updated - PERIOD!

Need to add option to contact specific utilities in case of problems out on job. Current system is a big hassle and time consuming.
Slow Update
I have been using this app for almost 2yrs and the first year it was great, now it’s very slow updating I’m searching ticket numbers and it’s sit there, but I see tickets on there from months ago it’s crazy please fix this app I’m in construction and I really need it to work.
