Horrible customer service

They will take your money and remove access to your account with no reason whatsoever. Do not trust this company and their customer service. The app is good if you have access but i would highly recommend all data diy or mitchell 1 because this company lacks sufficient customer service help and management of your information and account. They are a bunch of thieves. Im currently in process of reporting them to the attorney general of Florida for taking money without providing the service promised.

Wiring diagrams

Unable to access the colour wiring diagrams through the app. Other than that the app works well. But it is a major pain not having colour diagrams

I payed for this Identifix and it didn’t work the money comes out of my bank account every month but it says I don’t have an account.

Every month I pay for this service and haven’t been able to use it. You’re Better off on google.

Scam

Site tells you it’s free only to take you to another site to get to download link. Once you download the app it takes you to a different site asking you to sign up for a paid subscription.

Quick Service - Time Saver

VIN scanner and Quick-Hits are great features to speed up quick service. App also has confirmed fixes, wiring diagrams, procedures, parts, etc.

Why does it end at 1990? The web version ends at 1939 and has a ‘display more years’ dealy just below it.

Can no longer sign in

This app was amazing right up until the last update. Now it just spins for days when I try to log in rendering it unusable.

Best of the Best

I must say that Direct Hit has improved this app very well. I’m really impressed and made my job 80% more easier. I highly recommend auto tech to download and use this.

Since the last update I have not been able to log in again. This update was yesterday, March 13th.

Very useful application. It reduces work time without having to go to the computer every time to look for information. Updates have improved the application more and more.

DH Mobile-Gamechanger

No one else has a true mobile app and Direct Hit even has more and newer vehicle coverage than anything else on the market. Highly recommend!!!

Time saver

App is well designed. Check out the Quick Summary for maintenance specs. Hugh time saver. Also has specifications for new model vehicles (2024).
