The Discovery Behavioral Health app is used by Brookdale Recovery, Casa Palmera, Center for Discovery (CFD), Cliffside Malibu, Discovery Mood and Anxiety (DMA), New Hope Ranch, PaRC, Pinelands Recovery Center, and Prosperity Wellness. Community — Join your facility's alumni community. Share updates, encouragement, and milestones with peers who understand your journey. Follow posts, reply to threads, and stay engaged with your community feed. Messaging — Communicate directly with your care team and fellow community members through secure, private messaging. Resources — Browse a curated library of educational and support content covering mental health, substance use, eating disorders, and general wellness. Search by topic, category, or keyword to find what you need. Events — View upcoming alumni events, RSVP, and stay involved with your community's calendar. My Health — Track your personal wellness with daily journaling prompts, and complete Discovery365 sessions directly within the app to monitor your progress over time. Notifications — Receive timely push notifications for new messages, community activity, and upcoming sessions so you never miss what matters. The Alumni and Family Support App is available to patients discharged from Discovery Behavioral Health facilities and their invited support network. You'll receive an invitation to join your community from your facility.
