Works for some

Tried to do the Ateez fever cards. It worked with the individual diary ones but the inception and thanxx ones just glitch every time I open the camera then turns into a black screen then takes me back to my Home Screen. So I have to keep going back onto the app.

Horrible app

Got gifted ATEEZ Fellowship: Map the Treasure and thought it would be great to add the videos to my iPad so I downloaded the app, scanned the QR code and nothing happened. Just a blank screen. Tried again was informed the code was redeemed.

Deleting this useless app. Do not waste your time, should have figured since the reviews were old and not great that it had not been addressed but I wanted to try.

I looked up both BTS and BLACKPINK and neither of them were on there. I kept seeing Ateez, GFRIEND, and Got7. So why isn’t BTS or BLACKPINK on there?

Got it for the Ateez ar cards and it took some time for it to work. Once it did work it didn’t work that great but it’s okay.

AR/QR code reader not working

Like someone else mentioned this issue before. AR/QR code reader is not working. It keeps having a blank screen. Therefore I cannot scan my code to watch the dvd I purchased for Got7 world tour. Developer please fix this issue. I already downloaded the latest version of this app.

Doesn’t work on iOS

why. why does this app not load anything on iOS!?! I can’t even create an account through DISCPLAYER. I can’t search. Your instructions on the site of how to use the ar card are useless if the app just shows only white or blank pages that are unuseable. can’t even submit a inquiry.

Doesn’t work?

i downloaded this app to view the ATEEZ AR cards from their newest album “fever” and whenever i press the AR icon, it doesn’t let me scan my photocard. it showed a black screen with the “AR scanner” at the top. at first i thought it was an issue with my camera but when i tried it with the QR scanner it showed just fine. i went onto twitter and followed the guide but it still didn’t work. i’m not sure if it’s an issue with my device or an issue with the app…

No rating. If you try to download and play it, you are told to download it again. I called because I had to keep downloading, but there was no person in charge every time. I talked to the person in charge, but there was no contact after checking. Every time I have to contact ^^ On the 4th of June, I called again, But there is no contact ^^ Now it is June 17th There is no contact There is no special action and is not good

평점을 줄 수 없음. 다운로드 받아서 플레이하려하면 다시 다운받으라는 안내가 나왔음. 계속 다운로드해야해서 전화 했지만 매번 담당자가 없다고함. 담당자랑 통화했지만 점검해본다하고 연락없음. 매번 내가 연락해야 함^^ 6월 4일에 또 내가 먼저 전화했지함 그러나 점검중이라고 연락주겠다함^^
하지만 또 연락없음^^ 지금은 6월 17일임 연락은 없음 별다른 대처도 없고 별로임

The app does not work

It seems like a great idea being able to watch the tours on your phone. However, I bought two brand new world tour dvds and when I scanned the bar code, it keeps saying that the code have been scanned already. So, I went to check my ‘purchase contents’ and there is nothing there. Therefore, I can’t watch any of the tour dvds that I bought because this app doesn’t work.

Good idea but bad service

This is a good idea but is bad customer service and bad form cuz I have scanned the QR code 3 time cuz the dvd I bought have them. Only 1 I repeat 1 have work cuz the other 2 said already scanned. I have written for months to customer service but the don’t answer my problems I have pay for my dvd with those codes
