Not a great app
App isn’t very accurate. Unless you have been before and know where the rides are, it is difficult to find names of the rides just from the map. You have to click on the wait times to see what ride it is. Directions lag a lot and won’t keep up with a walking pace. Also ride times are more than often wrong.

Disneyland
This app doesn’t give walking navigation it just shows a blue line to the place. And can’t share the other person e-tickets if added to Apple wallet app.
Loved app look before update
The apps art style was much better before the frozen update now it makes all the attractions look flat and boring as well as small. Please go back to the semi-3d look like the other Disney park apps. Also it’s missing key things like Val D’europe and Golf Disneyland Paris which would make the app look much more detailed and show the full offerings of the area proving it is a multi day resort. I much prefer how the Walt Disney World app looks and performs in terms of the app. It clearly writes what each hotel and offering is when you zoom in slightly.

I’ve been asked for my email address 8+ times!
…and I haven’t finished the hotel check in yet. After 20 minutes I need a break.
The UI is horrible, I’m asked the same questions repeatedly. Disney doesn’t seem to understand that my children don’t have email addresses or cell phone numbers. There seems to be a natural assumption that I know all the alternative-Disney names for things. Lots of popular interrupting the registration process. I hate this.

Disney Prices without the Quality
It’s priced like Disney. It’s not run to the same level of quality. . Concessions close on their own schedule. Staff does not maintain order. Smoking is rampant across the park. People sit and block stairs. No involvement from staff. Air conditioning is insufficient.
Resorts operations are not high quality or service. Lost of out of order signs and signs telling you can’t enter wear the don’t want you too. More about the staff then the customers
