Disney Prices without the Quality
It’s priced like Disney. It’s not run to the same level of quality. . Concessions close on their own schedule. Staff does not maintain order. Smoking is rampant across the park. People sit and block stairs. No involvement from staff. Air conditioning is insufficient.
Resorts operations are not high quality or service. Lost of out of order signs and signs telling you can’t enter wear the don’t want you too. More about the staff then the customers

Non funzionale
Una bella idea, ma se non funziona meglio non la create!!! Assolutamente da rifare. La position non funziona quasi mai con il wifi di disneyland😮 dovreste aggiornarla e creare anche l’opzione di segnare le atteazioni gia efettuate.phone charge station, non tutti sono collocati al bagno dovrebbe essere sulla mappa. Le notifiche live arrivano in ritardo.

Really UX poor for Disney
Please do a good round of QA for this mobile app. The experience has been horrible for years, and no one is doing anything about it
1. once you click on the searched option on the map, you can not close it and just explore the map
2. You cannot just explore the map and click on points of interest (think Google Maps) although it would be intuitive
3. Even though I am logged in, it still prompts me sign in and link my tickets. I can still go to the ticket section and find my tickets (after way more clicks than necessary)
4. The app overall is more tailored to upselling instead of providing the data on what the user has already payed for
5. For shows you cannot see that it is booked out for a given time slot

Location services mandatory to use map feature. What a poor and predatory design decision. I’m not even there. I just want to familiarize myself with the map and see the attractions and make a plan.
Loved app look before update
The apps art style was much better before the frozen update now it makes all the attractions look flat and boring as well as small. Please go back to the semi-3d look like the other Disney park apps
The new map is awful
Not only is this the worst app out of all the Disney parks, but the new map is truly AWFUL. It’s a birds eye view of the park but guests are not birds; we don’t recognize buildings based on their roof. This is truly a downgrade, I don’t understand why they switched to something worse than what we had before. And that’s only mentioning one thing, other reviewers have explained why the UX is also bad and in dire need of an update.

New Map? WTF
What on earth have you done with the new map, it looks awful, so flat, no details and just incredibly poor overall
Terrible app
A lot of Pop-ups, confused design, more pop-ups, many touches to reach a place that should be in the front, MORE POP-UPS. The responsible developer should use more the Orlando parks app to understand how to build a functional one.

Estou com viajem para Paris em abril, tento comprar o ingresso para visitar o parque porém, o aplicativo trava na checagem 3D do cartão , mesmo após inserir o código de autorização do cartão de crédito o sistema fica travado , não vai nem para frente, nem para trás não diz se deu erro ou se precisa repetir o pagamento . Entendi que pode ser um problema de conversa entre banco e operação da Disney , mas acredito que poderia ter uma mensagem mostrando se deu certo ou não , dando uma orientação e não deixando o cliente em um limbo onde a gente não sabe se deu certo ou não .

App navigation issues
Every time I open a restaurant page to view menu or availability, the back arrow disappears and I am unable to navigate away from the menu page. Have to close the app and start again every time. Very annoying
My brother put in his real age and it didn’t work
When you go to Disney you use this for tickets and so you would put in your actual age so it’ll match your ticket but when you do put in your actual age it says not eligible to make an account.

Serves is horrible i was coming from fass pass going to the beginning of the line cause a man got in front of me and said i cut but I didn’t and the lady was insolting me
Bad app from a mega corporation
Compared to Disneyland California, it’s trash. Doesn’t save card info, virtual queues for characters error and fill up in less than a minute, and ordering food doesn’t actually send your order to the restaurant. With the amount of money Disney has, it’s pretty sad

Disney review
This app has definitely changed and I went to Disney and was able to successfully link my tickets and create an account! The app was great but I hope it works in the park and I love the feature when you can choose what u want to see on the app ( phone charging points,shopping toilets characters etc etc.) They should make the app easier though because my twelve year old daughter couldnt sign in but the app is 4+ and she is twelve and she deleted the app afterwards
