The app is helpful with something’s but I miss doing things the old way. I’m not a fan of being forced to use my phone so much when I’m on vacation. I’m going to get away and engage with people, I don’t want to be on my phone all the time. My next Disneyland trip for Halloween will be my last, it’s just not as enjoyable as it used to be.

There wasn’t any dog souvenirs and not a lot of variety of goofy items. Need to improve that. Always room to improve.

I love the Disneyland app because it makes every visit easier and more enjoyable. I can check wait times, manage Lightning Lanes, mobile order food, view my photos, and keep track of plans all in one place. As someone who visits Disneyland often, I really appreciate how much the app has evolved over the years. It’s become an essential part of every Disneyland day for me! 🏰✨

Glitched out virtual queue
So bummed I missed the princess concert tonight. Originally the app said I did not get in, and I found out after I went home I got in and I missed a concert of a lifetime thanks to the glitch.
Asking way to much information
There is absolutely no reason this apps needs my full name, email, date of birth and address just to check park times

Wish it was like the DisneyWorld app
I hate that you can’t see your whole groups plans and reserve them and manage them … it’s so much easier to navigate on the Disney World app!

The Disneyland app is 100% different than Disney World’s. Just like that parks, but the parks are each amazing in their own ways. The Disneyland app is terrible compared. You can’t share/link plans even same family members, Disney World will show everyone the full plans. Disneyland needs to get with Disney World and figure out how to improve.
