Too many hoops, awful UX
As someone staying at their hotel, you would think once you’ve booked a room they would choose to simplify processes instead of making them more complicated. The app does not simplify linking tickets. There is no instruction on how to even do it.
I was already a little ticked off that I not only have to buy tickets, but I have to also remember to reserve them (as if I don’t already have other things to think about while making plans for a vacation).
Now I have to link them in an app that doesn’t explain how to even do that and makes it exceedingly difficult to do.
Whoever is in charge of user experience at Disneyland, probably has absolutely no credentials. It was just the cheapest person they could afford. That’s my assumption based on my experience (and I haven’t even landed in California yet).
This isn’t just about the app, I know; however, user experience is part of an apps expected function, and this one is lacking it big time.
