I love this app and I’d give it 5 stars but for the past 2 days my streak has not been able to be met because when it’s time to workout, the app just stays stuck on the beginning screen.. if this was fixed, 5 stars for sureeee!

Awesome exercise app
I love this app you can manage your workouts how you like and it shows you how to do the workouts and watches you making sure you are doing them correctly which I love because I have so many time did workouts and had no idea what I was doing and what that workout was supposed be working which is frustrating so for this demonstration to work with you is amazing

Keeps You Motivated
I’m honestly surprised this doesn’t have more ratings/downloads. I have always had a hard time with at home workouts until now.
I love the way it counts your reps and gives you positive reinforcement — even the clicking sound after each rep help so much. It kept me going.
This is the first time I’m actually motivated and confident that I can continue to work out. Unfortunately, I probably won’t be able to afford the premium but I appreciate that they let you try a free trial. I am looking forward to the consistency that this app will allow me to maintain. 🥰

Impossible to Cancel
I’ve canceled through the app three times but they are still trying to charge me.
Fun
I am 5 days into the free trial. I think I am moving forward paying for the year. I am not one to exercise. I HATE IT. But I am enjoying this . It does get your heart rate up. I was super sore the first 2 days and now I am up to 2!or more exercises a day
Best workout App for beginners
This app has been my saving grace. I have always had a hard time getting started working out because I was worried I was doing the moves wrong. Going to the gym scares me but this app gets me up and moving. The fact it can identify when my form is bad is the best part for me. If you’re looking to get yourself moving this is the perfect app for that.

Great fitness app - feel like a trainer that sees you
I love how the technology actually works - the app “sees” you very accurately and monitors your movements. Highly recommended
Perfect for lunch breaks
I use this between meetings. It’s 10-15 minutes tops and I don’t even need to change into full gym gear since it’s all bodyweight.
