Removal of this Review
This is the worst service I have ever received from an app. I told Apple what had happened: I downloaded the app without realizing it would charge me. I want my $7.99 back. I was charged for the plan, and I thought I was getting the 7-day trial that was free. Please be considerate and return my funds. I will remove this review if you find a way to refund me my money. I have not used the app at all.

Hello, thank you for your feedback. We understand the situation and are sorry for the confusion around the subscription. The subscription was intended to include a 7-day free trial, but due to a setup issue, the trial was not applied correctly. We understand how frustrating this may be. Since the payment was made through the Apple App Store, Apple requires refund requests to be submitted by the customer through Apple’s own refund page. We are not able to issue the refund directly from our side, but we fully support your refund request.
