Great App - Please Change Merchant Code
The selection of restaurants in the app is top notch and it’s easy to use. The only improvement that I would suggest is changing your merchant code with credit card companies. There are lots of credit cards that offer bonus points for spending at restaurants and unfortunately since purchases made through the app don’t code as a restaurant users of the app miss out on those bonus points. Other food delivery apps have a restaurant merchant code.

Very disappointed!
I used the app for the first time today! My driver was on the other side of town so I sent a chat message and spoke to a rep and contacted the driver . My Order was late and was offered free delivery on next order . Well the food was cold too ! Never heard back from customer service so this will be the last time I use this app . DoorDash will be getting my business!

Best food delivery experience
We ordered during a home Saints game from Frankie and Johnny’s so I knew the restaurant was crowded. Our delivery came quickly, was correct and still piping hot!! Driver was polite and friendly.
