Quick to give up on you
My account was listed as no call no show and deleted for not responding to a text about an order I accepted. Which is fine, but I was taking a shower and getting ready to literally go to the location. This ONE incident apparently warranted the severing of ties on Dlvirds part. Never got an opportunity to actually deliver for them. Highly do not recommend, one mishap will have you discontinued.

Horrible treatment of drivers!
Unrealistic pay. It will cost you to work with this one! Be warned. They will also be extremely difficult to get anything that pays enough to make it worth the effort. Abusive ratings as well. If you want Tobe underpaid and unacknowledged for your work after buying all their cheap overpriced equipment that's “required”

They shadow ban you for no reason
I signed up December 2023 but since it was the holidays I didn’t take orders so I could spend more time with family. This year, I tried logging on but noticed they had blocked or deactivated me since I was inactive. I messaged staff and was told she would forward to appropriate department. A few days later I noticed I could log on but was never emailed or notified that I had been reactivated. Weeks go by with no offers when I know they have offers in my area. They are clearly shadow banning. Poor company and poor practices. There are other catering apps where they don’t ban you for not taking orders when you first sign up.

I get like one order a week sometimes none in southwest FL. “Opportunity board” Is always empty and I check every day. Used to get nice orders but looks like no one wants to work with this company anymore :(
Delivery Driver
They are the worst company by far to work for. Everything started great at first, but then saw less and less frequent orders. Support kept saying there weren’t many orders for the day even though I saw other drivers get orders. I do not trust this company one bit. Do not waste your time by waiting for them to give you orders. You practically have to bug them to give you orders…they will say your account is active, but then found out that my account was frozen due to inactivity. They are corrupt and liars. Don’t invest your time with them.

4 months Zero dollars
I’ve been with this company 4 months and have gotten zero gigs. They keep sending me emails asking me to buy their swag though. Not sure what kind of company this is but I’m not impressed.
No gigs since installing
I’ve had this app for maybe 5 months now. I have never got a single job off of it. I would uninstall but I paid for the background check. What is going on here?

Terrible company and will send you last minute orders and expect for you to forcibly take the order. It’s setup for them to make bulk of the money and not add extra compensation like a 30%+ delivery feee while they’re charging the restaurant for the use of the platform too…
Unfair company
At first they were send me orders close to me. After like 10 orders I would hardly receive orders close to me and they would send them 20miles away for a trash pay. They should close this company down. Foodja is a way better option
Scam
This company is a scam, do not work for them. They regularly steal money from their delivery drivers. There is likely a class action forming right now to shut them down. You have been warned.
No orders
They give me orders that are 40 to 50 miles away. I don’t take the orders and couldn’t get them to help out so they put my account on hold and later reopened it but never sent any orders to me. I guess after a couple of months they will put it on hold again or deactivate me. I have NEVER done one order with them since 4months my account became active. Too bad !

Be Aware
This app doesn’t send orders frequently & when they do it’s not very much money to travel hours away. Also, they removed my account because I wasn’t accepting orders from cities that are hours away! It was okay at first but it definitely turned out to be a disappointment!
More $ Better Than Less $
Not sure how anyone can complain about this gig. We all want to make more deliveries but I take what I can get an it’s a nice addition to other gigs. Average pay on each order gotta be $40-$50. For maybe 30 mins and a few miles.
Trash company
They would send me good orders when I first started. After that they hardly send me order. Recently they sent me an order and within one minute they deleted from me. Why send me the order in the first place if they are just going to take it away. Support can go F themselves.
No jobs then suspended
I’d like to know how I can get suspended when I had no jobs? But even Robin emailed and said if you’re not active with in the 30 days we will take you off of our platform. They did assign me one job. Unfortunately I cannot do it. I had to cancel within four hours of the delivery because my phone was destroyed got wet didn’t work I try to download the app on my friends phone to do the delivery, but I couldn’t login Hopsin you can’t suspend it tried to call delivered and I was on the phone for 30 minutes on hold so bye-bye

Terrible Business Practices
Previous review is spot on about how bad they are. They’re just a bunch of crooks expecting you to take lower paying orders they sent last minute and try to leverage you when other apps will pay more than 3x the rate for last minute orders usually $50 minimum they’ll rob you and Offer you $20

Buggy and low rates
Says minimum $25 for gigs when I was signing up for an account. I get 1-2 gigs every 2 weeks and they’re $17-$18. You can’t expect me to do the extra stuff you require us to do for the same pay as doordash or uber. App is super glitchy & they just released a new update that’s supposedly a “New and improved app”. Best Catering app out here by far
In a world with so many catering apps . These guys are one of the few that actually pass along 100 percent of the tips to the courier. Their are a lot of crooks in this field who steal over 60-70 percent tips from couriers claiming to give 100 percent . Great job and keep growing . Get rid of the shady app companies !
