Quick to give up on you
My account was listed as no call no show and deleted for not responding to a text about an order I accepted. Which is fine, but I was taking a shower and getting ready to literally go to the location. This ONE incident apparently warranted the severing of ties on Dlvirds part. Never got an opportunity to actually deliver for them. Highly do not recommend, one mishap will have you discontinued.

Horrible treatment of drivers!
Unrealistic pay. It will cost you to work with this one! Be warned. They will also be extremely difficult to get anything that pays enough to make it worth the effort. Abusive ratings as well. If you want Tobe underpaid and unacknowledged for your work after buying all their cheap overpriced equipment that's “required”

They shadow ban you for no reason
I signed up December 2023 but since it was the holidays I didn’t take orders so I could spend more time with family. This year, I tried logging on but noticed they had blocked or deactivated me since I was inactive. I messaged staff and was told she would forward to appropriate department. A few days later I noticed I could log on but was never emailed or notified that I had been reactivated. Weeks go by with no offers when I know they have offers in my area. They are clearly shadow banning. Poor company and poor practices. There are other catering apps where they don’t ban you for not taking orders when you first sign up.

I get like one order a week sometimes none in southwest FL. “Opportunity board” Is always empty and I check every day. Used to get nice orders but looks like no one wants to work with this company anymore :(
Delivery Driver
They are the worst company by far to work for. Everything started great at first, but then saw less and less frequent orders. Support kept saying there weren’t many orders for the day even though I saw other drivers get orders. I do not trust this company one bit. Do not waste your time by waiting for them to give you orders. You practically have to bug them to give you orders…they will say your account is active, but then found out that my account was frozen due to inactivity. They are corrupt and liars. Don’t invest your time with them.
