Password change
Mobile banking has been great. Setting a new password every few weeks is ridiculous

It won’t let me connect sometimes..
The worst bank app ever
My only advice is change banks. Every contact with the app is nothing but a pain in the neck. Use it and you’ll see.

Having difficulties with enabling touch id

CONSTANTLY cannot log on. I get locked out at least every 2 weeks. I put in my password and it always says “cannot verify information.” SUPER FRUSTRATING!
Bad
It’s simple yes, simple however to a point where it being a national bank lacks features that many other banks have i understand that this bank is good for the small fee that live in areas where major banking isn’t available but to have a feature removed that was a major seller to some I’m talking about using the camera to deposit checks removing such an advancement makes no sense on top of that having to wait past weekends just to get a call in is stressful on top of that sometimes you can’t even access your own account because they are unavailable to validate your account I’ve been in so many situations where i needed to check my balance and could not sign in because they couldn’t validate my account and i should try again like like what that doesn’t even make sense this app has always given me problems

I've never had any problems with the app. Very easy to use.
It Broke
I have used this app for a while, and recently, it gives me an error message that reads, “You do not have network connectivity, check your connection and try again”. But I do have WiFi (there is no cell service by my home). I have used this app at home in the mountains with only WiFi in the past, so why it doesn’t work now is a mystery.
