Faille sécurité !

Utilisateur secondaire lié à un compte administrateur (salarié d'un cabinet), j'ai constaté une faille de sécurité critique. L'admin principal peut unilatéralement supprimer l'intégralité de vos droits d'accès au compte, tout en continuant d'utiliser vos données personnelles, votre nom et votre numéro RPPS à votre insu.
Malgré une demande de suppression définitive de mes données et une alerte formelle sur l'usurpation de mon identité professionnelle par mon ex-employeur, le service client a simplement mis mon compte "hors ligne". Le lendemain de ma fin de contrat, Doctolib a réactivé mon profil sur simple demande de l'administrateur, permettant l'exercice illégal de la profession sous mon identité.
Il n'existe aucun garde-fou pour protéger les professionnels salariés. Doctolib privilégie le client payeur au détriment du droit à l'effacement (RGPD) et de la sécurité des données de santé. Application dangereuse.

Nicht zufrieden

Als häufiger Nutzer bin ich sehr enttäuscht. Man muss sich ständig neu einloggen und bekommt dazu einen Code per email. Das nervt total! Der Schnell-Login funktioniert nicht, weil man immer wieder einen Code per email anfordern muss!

Um sich anschließend schnell wieder in Ihren Account einzuloggen, können Sie bspw. die Schnell-Login Funktion verwenden. Viele Grüße, Ihr Doctolib-Team

Wann kommt die Version für das iPad?

Für das Handy zu klein, um damit zu arbeiten. Auf dem iPad fehlen Bedienfelder, ist also auf dem iPad unbrauchbar!

Nicht mehr nutzbar

Das Ausloggen ist eine Katastrophe. Hier wird zwar in der Copy&Paste Antwort von der Schnell-Login funktion erzählt, doch die ist bei mir aktiviert und funktioniert wie bei allen anderen offensichtlich auch nicht. In der Web Version kein Problem, aber die ist auf dem Handy nicht nutzbar

Update?

Seit Mitte August ist die App nicht mehr nutzbar! Muss 2 mal täglich gelöscht und neu installiert werden, ansonsten kommt nur die französische Meldung, dass Doctolib indisponiert ist…das schnelle Login mittels Zahlencode geht garnicht mehr, das Login über Benutzername und Passwort wird über 2 Bildschirme abgefragt. Sehr schade, habe bisher gerne mit der App gearbeitet. Ich bitte dringend um einen Bugfix!
