Need a card.
Currently living in New York. Moved from Massachusetts, but I still get mail at my Massachusetts address. I cannot get a physical card at that address as I have requested. Even after confirming my identity in multiple ways. Still, I like the service, and I can use it with my phone until it gets figured out, then I can give a better star rating. :-)

Missing doge
I’ve had 1461 doge I sent pending for over a month with no answers and no refund.I have receipt for it it’s eve my listed in my transactions on the app as still pending yet they have done nothing about it don’t sign up don’t risk your money
Improved buy/sell/transfer? No!
You guys just removed the options where we can select a certain percentage or select all dogecoin for easy transference. Why?! Why do we have to manually do it now? That makes things less easy therefore less improved for the user so why are you saying it’s improved?

Hello Diprotic, we have fixed this issue by adding back the preset values for sending Dogecoin. Sending all should work now, we apologize.

I added my details including social and license and now it’s asking for it again but the link won’t work and only tells me to retry. Nothing though. It’s seems sketchy especially since I’m unable to get in contact with anyone. The only help it gives is tips to get started and that’s why I had to write a review. Be wary. I just noticed there’s only around 300 reviews.

As a Dogecoin millionaire I love Dogecoin and I love DogeCard getting Dogecoin in return for every single purchase I make it’s just great. I drive a lot so for gas it’s just perfect, dinner greater etc. I’m also a member of the obsidian card from Crypto.com and yet I love Dogecard the most. Transparent customer service, very secure at the point that if you are using a public network (Wi-Fi etc) may reject your request for transfers or deposits etc. But listen! This is for your own good so make sure you are using your own network in a safe place for transactions in that way you will not like some people in here at the comments with negative stuff and it’s because some did not read the small letters, I love it. I referred DogeCard to many of my friends and nobody never have an issue. 🔥🔥🔥I love Dogecoin and DogeCard

Not What It Claims To Be
I really wanted to like this, I was excited to like this program. Sadly, the customer service and account creation process is a mess. Having submitted personal information several times via the App for account creation, I ran into a bug with the verification and reached out to customer service directly after a few days of no progress.
Unreasonable and outright fishy behavior by the staff member I spoke to led me to believe this is not what it claims to be. Despite having submitted my Enhanced Drivers License during the process, the CSR got my name wrong, several times. Like, just called me someone else’s name, not a spelling error.
Beware.
