Worst service
Bus got broke down in mumbai due to battery issue and they took 5 hr to get it fixed, AC bus without patel proper AC, 2+2 sleeper is another blunder they made very congested. Over all worst experience with their customer service too..

Totally worst service please don’t book tickets with that , they didn’t give me my refund after there bus was cancelled
