Disappointed
The journey was disappointing. The mobile charging sockets were not working throughout the entire bus, which caused inconvenience to all passengers during the trip. Additionally, the staff behavior was very rude.
Worst Bus Service, Rude Staff in bus and at the boarding point waiting lounge
Worst Travels with rude staff in bus as well as at the boarding point lounge. Apart from this the boarding point person saying that we should speak in Hindi only. They should arrange the person who can speak multiple languages. How the people like parents come from village side of southern states will speak Hindi? I would never recommend this travels. There is no zero rating otherwise I would have given that rating. Especially the Marathalli lounge point person Is uneducated with no manners. I will never go on this worst travels.

Dont prefer this travels ,they cancel at last min and they sell the same ticket for higher prices stupid travels
