This app is hot garbage. Bluetooth pairing doesn’t work with my CFX3 55IM. I can connect to my CFX3 via WiFi, but the app doesn’t see it. How can you get something so simple so wrong?!
Will not Pair - New App Useless
Come on Dometic, why replace an app when it was working perfectly with no issues. This new App should be binned immediately, you cannot pair and when you finally can pair it then won’t allow to operate the system. App logs you out every time so every time you want to use it you have to re login. When it ain’t broke ……leave it alone. Bring back old App.

Es passiert einfach gar nichts
Für diesen Preis der Anlage sollte man eigentlich ein funktionierendes Produkt erwarten können. Das ist hier Jugend forscht am Kunden. Die Cloudverbindung zur Anlage funktioniert Tagesform abhängig. Das aktuelle Firmware Update lässt sich nicht einspielen da wahrscheinlich ein falscher WLAN Code in der App hinterlegt ist für die lokale Verbindung… Normal sollte man hier gar kein Stern geben. Mein offenes Ticket wird vom Support auch nicht mehr bearbeitet, oder die haben sich alle aus dem Staub gemacht weil das Produkt so unterirdisch ist.

Dometic go area lamp
This is the incorrect app for this lamp, you need to download the Dometic Climate app, be sure to go in the privacy and security settings and click on Bluetooth and find Climate then you can go back to the app and pair on the first try. Why Dometic advertises in their brochure the wrong app I have no idea.

App nicht zu gebrauchen
Die App ist eine Frechheit. Meine FJZ 7 wir in der App als FJX 4 erkannt womit einige Funktionen nicht nutzbar sind wie die Anlaufstrom Begrenzung. Firmware Updates gehen ebenfalls nicht weil keine WLan Verbindung aufgebaut wird. Man sollte Dometic den Müll vor die Türe werfen zudem die als besonders Leise beworbene Klima alles andere als besonders leise ist wenn sie mal ans arbeiten kommt. Ein Stern ist schon Zuviel. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht.
