About

Your phone doesn't ask. It just takes the hour. Doomroll is an app blocker that makes you earn screen time with exercise. Pick the apps that eat your day — they stay locked until your body pays. One push-up buys two minutes, counted by the camera, entirely on your iPhone. Doomscrolling stops being free. Push-ups to scroll. Squats to scroll. Plank to scroll. Or roll for it. HOW IT WORKS 1. Pick the apps you open without deciding to. 2. Doomroll shields them. Tapping one shows a lock, not a feed. 3. Earn. Reps become minutes, at a rate you set yourself. 4. Spend. Minutes drain only while a blocked app is actually on your screen — not in the background, not while you sleep. THE DOOMROLL The feed is a slot machine that takes. This one pays. Tap Roll and it spins your seven exercises — wherever it stops, that's the workout that unlocks your apps. Easy, Medium, or Hard rolls: a bigger roll is a bigger set, never a worse rate. SEVEN WAYS TO EARN · Push-ups · Squats · Lunges · Sit-ups · Jumping jacks · Plank · Squat hold Every exercise is priced against the push-up, and you set what a push-up is worth — anywhere from one minute to five. Move the rate and every exercise moves with it, so none of them is ever the shortcut. Every rep is judged on your device by camera body-pose tracking. Depth is measured against your own body, so half-reps do not count. Neither does shaking the phone, propping it on a shelf, or holding a pose the tracker cannot confirm. THE CAMERA NEVER LEAVES YOUR PHONE Frames are read in memory and thrown away. Nothing is recorded, written to disk, or uploaded — there is no server to upload it to. No account. No login. No feed. Doomroll counts push-ups in airplane mode. BUILT FOR PHONE ADDICTION, NOT AROUND IT App timers you dismiss. Focus modes you disable. Deleting the app, reinstalling it by Friday. If none of it stuck, that is not weak will — a free scroll always beats an intention. Doomroll does not ask you to quit social media. It puts a price on the scroll and lets your body pay it. Less brainrot, more reps: the digital detox that pays you back. The first day is annoying. That is the point. The reflex is the problem, and a reflex that costs push-ups stops being a reflex. The reps are the side effect nobody minds. WHAT YOU SEE · A bank of earned minutes that carries across days · Every exercise as one row — its rate, and the work you have done today · Your screen time this week, measured against the week before Doomroll · A private history that lives on your phone and nowhere else HONEST NOTES Doomroll is for people who want the friction. It is self-control, not parental control: there is no way to lock someone else's phone with it, and you can turn protection off yourself whenever you want. It asks for Screen Time permission to block the apps you chose, and for the camera to count reps. It needs to be able to see you — put the phone on the floor or prop it against something, with your upper body in frame. Doomroll requires an active membership. Price, length, restore, and both legal documents are on the purchase screen and in Settings. Terms of Use (EULA): https://soloranez21.github.io/cleanpush-app/terms/
