Would give a 5 star if it consistently open my front door much faster.
After organizing my doors, it keeps randomly displaying them out of order which is annoying because I need to look up for the door I need instead of having them in the priority I need.
Trying to unlock my door, a simple task, has never been more difficult. The widget feature is completely broken and keeps asking me to set up when I’ve already done that.
Works occasionally. Very unreliable
If it worked.
I feel like it’s been real difficult on the user friendly side. I wish there was an easy way to favorite doors on one page so I didn’t have to look them up by name every time.
Half the time does not work on first attempt — connects to the door latch but does not unlock.
These locks are a good idea. It’s convenient to access our building and home with our phone. But the unlocking process is slow, unreliable, and frustrating. And, when the app fails to work as expected, the physical locks and numeric pads on the doors are very tricky to interact with, often not registering or misreading a touch.

This app is infuriating 75% of the time. Currently it won’t let me re-order my door order which is frustrating beyond belief when you live in a 300 unit building woth dozens of doors you CAN access but only need to use the same 5 ones daily. It lags with receivers frequently, which is less than ideal when trying to access the building when it’s dark out. This whole app is an “innovation” that wasn’t needed when a regular old key fob works infinitely better.

Well, my biggest complaint with this app is, it’s persistence. I travel. Frequently. And it is annoying that if you don’t use the app on a daily basis, as long as you out. Not that logging in with a password. That’s saved in the iPhone password. System is such a big deal, but it is annoying that it doesn’t have longer persistence of login to make it easier for a resident to access the system.

Im a paraplegic and this system makes it so easy to access my building and apartment where I live!
Smart door access is amazing technology
Open app to unlock my door, App popup: “enable Bluetooth connections”, with “go to settings” as the only option. Go to settings, Bluetooth is already enabled… everytime I open the app this pops up, and Bluetooth has always been enabled!!! Fix your app!
Sometimes takes a good 5-10 seconds to detect and unlock the door
The fitness door is pretty difficult to operate and it poo
Door unlocks on its own and the company isn’t helping to resolve the issue or understand where it stemmed from. Bad customer service and awful system - NEVER use is my recommendation.
First review I’ve ever written for an app. Just want to let the developer know it sucks and needs fixing. Curious what’s wrong? Read all the other 1 start reviews.
Inconvenient and insecure. What more is there to say
1 time in 4 it connects to the door, then sits for 30 seconds doing nothing until the Bluetooth connection times out and I can retry. Way more often than this happened with the Latch app. I’m left standing in the hallway like an idiot.
The app used to be simple and reliable. My apartment complex has many entrances, and so I typically have a custom ordering of entrances in my home view. Now, it resets my custom view every day or two. I don’t know why it does this.
