Front door often non responsive

Need to frequently manually enter door code and re sync device

Setup Does Not Function With Some Email Addresses

I was required to get this app because my apartment complex uses it. Similar to its predecessor app, Latch, this one is not able to send setup emails to Outlook accounts. Yes, it’s probably an issue with Microsoft blocking them but the end result is that it is not possible to set up the app.
I’ve been forced to key in a manual numeric code on the door for months. Thanks, Door.

Convenient

I like how it’s easy to get in and out , super cool

Doors don’t always open

Would rather use a traditional key. The app tracks you as you come and go, which is a breach of privacy and the doors don’t always work. I prefer keys.

works, but slowly

& there’s a flaw with the battery life tracking.

Good app but needs cleanup

Functionality works great and I like using it. Arranging your favourite doors should have a better setting and renaming them into something that means to you rather than a cryptic door code. In the latest version they seem to have fixed a serious security flaw which allowed a person to share his personal account with any number of people which can be a problem in a secure building.

Still hate it

I hated this app when it was called latch and I still hate it when it’s called Door. I wish my building would give us a key fob instead of this stupid telephone based key system. The fact that I memorize three different seven digit codes to get into different parts of the building if my phone is dead is absolutely unacceptable and my least favorite part of this stupid app

Security

Does not let tenant or owner of apt know that someone has come in

Practically unusable

Nothing I love more than standing at a door, unable to open it because this app is barely functional. I should not have to update an app every two days to still have the most laggy, inconsistent experience. Do better.

Poor design

So annoying you can’t add to apple wallet in order to use when phone is off

Temporary access.

Please include one time access, so delivery personnel, etc don’t maintain perpetual access to the facilities.

Trash

Always fails to open the main entrance remotely.

Lags & Doesn’t Work At Times

This app sometimes lags or doesn’t open gates right away. You have to be very close to the door or gate to make it open. This wireless app is worse. Latch was better. It freezes up to when loading the unlock feature.

Love it

Nice quick smooth entries

Super Glitchy

Keeps “adding me to door”s that I use daily. Doors are up to date so idk what the problem is. Also keeps telling me to turn my Bluetooth on when it’s already on. Super annoying

Wish it worked better

Would give a 5 star if it consistently open my front door much faster.

Not reliable

After organizing my doors, it keeps randomly displaying them out of order which is annoying because I need to look up for the door I need instead of having them in the priority I need.

Widget feature broken

Trying to unlock my door, a simple task, has never been more difficult. The widget feature is completely broken and keeps asking me to set up when I’ve already done that.

Random

Works occasionally. Very unreliable

Great in theory

If it worked.
