Servicing is a scam
Booked a service (powered by HelloTech)
No call no show. Literally do not book because they'll charge you the initial deposit and never respond again.
I set an appointment and received a confirmation message as well as a text asking for more details/photos prior to the appointment which I responded to. Since then and past the appointment time there was 0 communication and no clear path on the app/site to reach out for a status update or report this. I reached out multiple times to customer service and the number requesting details/photos with no response.
Can't tell if they're just horribly managed or a lowk scam.

Worst app ever.
This app trash. Glitches out constantly. This company couldn’t make a worse app if they tried.
trash app
Not working. Not able to add widgets. I have no idea why my apartment switch from latch to this app, I have to manually type in the passcode to open the gate. Ask Claude to help with the app. This is so pathetic.
Cool…
Pretty sweet way to get in and out.
God, I miss metal keys
The app is very hit or miss. Not only does it take 5 to 10 seconds to connect to the lock and unlock your door sometimes it’ll buffer forever and not unlock it. I’m not sure if that’s a lock issue an app issue or both. You would think you’d be able to unlock the door from a remote location if you wanted to grant somebody access to your home. You’d be disappointed because it won’t work 15 feet away. Your only option is to give somebody the code for them to type in. The bottom line is metal keys work exponentially better. They’re much more user-friendly. They don’t have batteries that die at in opportune times and lock you out of your home and also there are more private and don’t give your landlord an ability you see when you’re leaving and when you’re going. I’m not positive, but there’s a high likely that the meta-data from tenant locking and unlocking times is probably sent to data aggregate sites to be sold. If they don’t do that, I’m sure it’s a matter of time until the company gets hacked and all that information is stolen.

Painful at times.
It’s fine when it works, but I’ve been out for a run multiple times and the app logs me out. Then I’m supposed to remember the 7 digit code that I never use, or the password I used to start the app. When I’m using my Apple Watch I’m stuck. It’s worse than useless if you rely on it but then get locked out of your house. Figure out a better way.

100s of gates with hard to remember names. How hard it is to be able to sort them by the frequency of their usage? Are developers real or it is vibe coded?
Sad
This is sad. The doors forgot me and have to add me every time. And sometimes, it takes 3 minutes to open doors because it wants me to type the pin.
Trash app for trash buildings
If you are subjected to using this horrible app and company to enter your building, it is a clear indication that the building wants you to suffer.
This is the worst app and interface I have ever had the misfortune to use.

Operational
The app freezes or do not give you access to your doors right away.
Bring back Latch!
The “assigned” doors that we have access to are stupid. Certain common areas in my complex like the pool are now inaccessible for me because of this app. I like it better when I could tap for access instead of needing each door to be assigned to my account.
Slow
I’m tired of riding the elevator because the app is to slow to unlock it.
I don’t have the memory on my phone all these apps when phones do all the jobs they do
I would prefer having keys. Than being dependent on a charged cell or not misplacing it. Even Sabrina Carpenter understands the struggles of men who forget to charge their phones. Tech bros need to settle down ,touch some grass, and remember how to be blacksmiths and metal smiths again.
App is terrible; reviews are astroturfed

Cannot open doors
A pathetic application. 80% of the time I have trouble unlocking doors that I have access to. And the app has no idea whether it’s Bluetooth or Internet access that’s causing the problem.
This app sucks
This app sucks
Big step backwards
New update broke the app and the widget. Ever since migrating from Latch to Door, which was pointless to begin with, there are nothing but problems. Connectivity issues, login issues, and responsiveness issues. Probably the most worthless use of technology
Better
So much faster than the previous generation
Do not use in your building
I am a resident of a multifamily apt building that uses Door for access. The app opens, then closes automatically without the ability to select a door to unlock regularly - leaving me without access to the building and apartment. The app will show that a door is unlocked but not actually unlatch it. I receive error messages about Bluetooth issues after the door is unlocked at times. I have been locked out due to app failures 4 times in 4 months.

Hate this app
It glitches, so I’m left standing there waiting for it to let me into my own home. Thankfully I haven’t been chased by a serial killer because it would be like wait it’s loading …
