Broken mess.
The app constantly crashes, nearly every third shift there’s some kind of major issue. It randomly pauses my dash for no reason and wastes my time and money. This isn’t even to mention the issues it has regardless of if it functions today or not. It has to scan its photos with a horribly finicky ai that half the time just doesn’t accept perfectly fine photos, and asks the most absurd request upon photo denial. “Phone is tilted down try again.” Of course its tilted down?? I’m taking a picture of the food at the customers doorstep, not their roof. Why would it ask me to take a worse photo for no reason. Also all of this is not to mention you can’t see what you’re tipped outside of the tip total at end of dash. Change that please.
