Terrible

Terrible support, haven’t received my payout for a month. All of them keep saying I need to verify my account even though I have multiple times and they direct me to a place where there is no verification option because I already have

Deactivated account

My account was deactivated for three day and appeal was denied. After three days what other lesson are you teaching. It stupid it childish.get my account back on and stop with the unnecessary game.

STILL KEEPS PAUSING MY DASH OVER AND OVER

It’s okay you don’t have to fix anything, nothing we can do about it after all, bet you can’t wait to replace us all with robots

These people are ridiculous

I had 2 shops and late 12 mins. They sent me contract violations for that. 6 mins late each shop were not bad at all. It was LCBO order, i had to wait for customer to respond. And sometimes long line up. Why made a fuss while you didn’t even consider the situation. Please don’t be nonsense. Please Take your job and other people’s job seriously. Moreover expected 47 mins. Accepted 6:08 done 6:58. It was 1 mins late
After a couple hours they sent me another contract violation saying i was about 1 hour late. Expected time to shop 81 mins. Accepted time 5:53 pm done 7:14pm. Was it total 81 mins as expected? People here really don’t know how to do math. They don’t have common sense as well as math skill. When I proved their nonsense they kept silent instead of solving problems. How can app keep hiring stupid people working at judgment job

Hot mess

They send you all over only to find out your order has been picked up. The app map will send you clean across town only to find out you went to the wrong address.

Unsafe

Account easily gets hacked

My account got hacked

Doordash support will literally change your account data for anyone it is the worst every someone scammed my account pretending to be me, and they “escalated the issue” thats it!! They didnot refund me my money and didnot even call me back, donot rely

Horrible service

I applied to be a dasher and I was not able too because they “couldn’t verify my identity” I tried getting into contact by the email, phone number, and every method possibly but nobody helped me. I’m nobody else besides me. I want to work and make money on the side but I’m denied without given a chance or anything. Horrible app and horrible service.

Needs work

I started driving DoorDash because Uber will send you to Mexico and pay you a dollar. With DoorDash, they have you working so hard to become platinum status and then when you become platinum status, you get two deliveries for an hour and a half for $16. That is a lot of mileage. They need to start forcing these customers to tip more or either they need to pay us more.. I am dogging my car out and having a lot of maintenance and the cost of gas is on the rise, but yet my platinum status doesn’t earn me a status to get at least $38 per hour or even $25 an hour plus it takes you out of your zone. There’s no way that you can select to stay in the same zone and work in the same zone it has you driving to multiple cities for very little amount of money. I literally sat in traffic driving to Philadelphia when the route was only supposed to be an hour it ended up being an hour and 43 minutes for $18 not OK

WARNING TO DRIVERS: Do Not Work in Charlotte, The Market is Dead.

THE TRUTH ABOUT DELIVERING IN CHARLOTTE, NC: A COMPLETELY DESTROYED MARKET
If you are thinking about coming to Charlotte to do delivery or think you're going to make good money here, turn around and find another area. The market in this city is completely ruined, the apps are playing against the drivers, and profitability is practically zero.
The abusive earnings cap and dead time: Forget about making decent money. There is an insulting hard cap of $15 to $17 per hour, and that’s after forcing you to take two orders on a single route, or even three when they get completely out of line! They stack up to three different deliveries in one trip claiming it will take 35 minutes, but the route drags on to 45 or more. Add 20 minutes of unpaid dead time waiting for the next offer, and you're being exploited completing stacked routes for the same miserable pay.
Frozen rates with zero competition: All the platforms ended up matching their exact prices per mile and per minute. There is no longer any app that pays better than another; the market is completely stagnant and there's no room to shop around for better offers.
Charlotte is overcrowded (Find other areas): The influx of drivers in the city broke the balance. There is an absurd overpopulation of drivers, and the companies took advantage of it to crush the base rates. Do not come to Charlotte. It is no longer worth working here; move to alternative zones if you don't want to waste your time.
Working just to pay for gas and the mechanic: With current payouts, your money goes straight into the gas tank and vehicle depreciation. You are basically destroying your own car to finance the app's business.
Outdated metrics holding you back: While in other nearby areas like Greensboro the new metrics system is already running actively and allowing for smoother workflow, in Charlotte we remain trapped and chained to the old, rigid, and punishing metrics model.
Verdict: Continuing to deliver in Charlotte under these conditions is giving your labor away on two and three-order routes just to end up losing money. If you value your time and your vehicle, look for better opportunities in other areas because this market has officially hit rock bottom.

No vengas a Charlotte.

Put My Name Wrong

Okay. They put my name in the profile as “Ku Ku”. Can you believe that? Who put their full name “Ku Ku”? It was solely on their mistake, but they denied my application because the name in the profile and the name in driver’s license do not match. Their is no reason to put my own name as “Ku Ku” by myself. It is all on you who put my name wrong. Why do I have to appeal and wait that long days for review on the mistake you guys make? This app sucks for sure. Uber Driver never made that mistake and is much better than Dasher

Feedback

I’ve been a DD driver for almost two years. I enjoy the work and overall the app is fine. I don’t know of any APP that’s perfect. However, I wanted mention that as a Platinum status driver, why are we given $2.00/$3.00 offers and orders with zero tip? Why are customers not penalized for zero tipping? There needs to be a bonus for platinum drivers if we accept low ball offers. Something really needs to be fixed. Gas prices, wear and tear on vehicle, time, etc should not be taken advantage of as a Top performing driver.

Can’t login

Since the new update, I am unable to login. Talked to DoorDash support and the cannot help. I am loosing my income!

No dasher support

There is no dasher support, if restaurant makes mistakes, the cut dashers pay.

Do better

I don’t get how my completion and acceptance rate goes down when most of the places I go to are the main ones where there’s no one at the counter or the workers are just talking instead of working. Plus the pay sucks. 2.50 for a order I got to wait 30 minutes for. DoorDash needs to make up for wasted time and gas. Ain’t no way I waste my gas for 2 dollars when everything went up

Horrible

Why have you go and put promotions. Stupid doordash

The worst customer service and practices I have ever experienced

Multiple times I’ve ordered food and they have ended up either at the wrong address the wrong food, with disrespect, and a refuse of repayment they will take your money and they will run and you will never see it again and you will never see your food again don’t use this app.

Doordash inactive activity

Unfortunately, if you are inactive with Doordash for more than two consecutive weeks, they will fire you and you will not be able to get back into your account. One of the many laws to deliver delivering with Doordash is giving them 120% of your time no room or no availability of time to yourself.

Something is MISSING!

After a delivery, I like to thank the customer for the tip of any size, but especially if it’s a very large tip! But tonight, after deliveries, all I see is “Offers accepted” and “Total online time,” then “DONE”!

I have to “End dash” to find the tip! After every dash! Sure slows my momentum!

PLEASE BRING BACK THE TIP PAGE UPON DELIVERY!

New point system not adding up.

The new dasher rating point system that determines what kind of orders we get, which determines how much money we make doesn't add up. I add up the categorys it shows me and it's 10 points less than the total given.
