Its alright
Not a bad way to make a couple hundred bucks a week. What I don’t like is only being able to withdraw a certain amount of money in a day. If you wait too long to withdraw, it will go straight into your weekly deposit, meaning you have to wait a week to get it out. Very frustrating when you’re low on money and gas. Also, only certain people of a certain color range will tip you. I’ll let you figure that one out.

Removing useful features
In the last update, doordash removed the ‘pause after delivery’ button. Why? This is helpful if you need a toilet break, meal break, petrol or have another matter to deal with.

Promotional Notifications
Good app but the promotional notifications are extremely annoying. I toggle them ‘off’ inside the app but a day or 2 later it consistently turns back on. I hate spam notifications. So if they’re gonna be annoying with that, I’ll just stop using the app.
Dasher sucks and a scam for families
Not worth the time, you’ll be spending more in gas than you’ll make and in wear in tear of your car, also they forget we are human always using ai.

Scammers
This app will manipulate your ratings by sending you the same exact order you just declined three or four times more in a row to try to tank your ratings. Very dishonest business practices, and I hated it.

Suggestion
It would help if on the accept or decline screen, when clicking on the house, instead of showing the house number and street, it would be more helpful to see city (eg. Lansdowne, Glen Burnie, etc) so the driver knows where the order is going to see if it is safe for solo drivers to go alone.
App has issues
This app constantly has issues. Can’t schedule ahead of time cause too many people are dashing. The app allows people to schedule 5 days ahead of time. So when anyone else try’s to schedule it doesn’t work. Pointless, there is no actual support to call when you run into an issue, the chat isn’t helpful at all. So you stuck trying to figure it out without any help. If you accidentally say you have arrived at customer house you cannot back out to go back to directions. Directions are very hit and miss with accuracy.

Why have an American company and only hire foreigners to speak on the phone
I’m tired of these dumb Indian or whoever you guys hire to answer the phone, I was on the phone for 20 minutes and asked for a different person just because I can’t understand their English

The app is acting completely funny to the point where it won't allow me to receive any orders. This is becoming a problem.
Deactivated my account
I have 4.9 stars rating,completion 96%,14895 orders delivered and 11% accept rating that’s means they deactivated my account because of accepting rate 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Immediately rejected because they “can’t verify my identity”
I applied, provided my ID and selfie scan, and immediately was declined. After 3 days and submitting a request for review, what they say will take 24-48 hours has actually not yet been resolved or even confirmed as received. I’m literally trapped on this screen unable to do ANYTHING until their absolutely useless- possibly nonexistent— support team reviews my request.

If you want to stay in platinum be prepared to get screwed door dash has gotten bad if you want to drive 13 miles for 2 dollars and no additional tips talk to dd about the issue then send even worse. I am really thinking DD is taking money from us drivers. Be prepared don’t say I didn’t warn u

Don’t become a dasher
Do not become a dasher unless you have a completely electric car and will not use all your gas waiting in hotspots or driving 45 mins to a zone to get orders just to get a order that was in your original location. If you call the help line you won’t get any help at all and they’ll transfer you to a person that will say “that’s really not good but I can’t help you” just don’t do it. Not enough money for the amount of issues

This will solidify honesty within your personal life. Iv always been a good person, but DoorDash and the technology prove to me society is heading in the right direction despite all the negative opinions of technology. It connects customers with people that want to earn their dollar honestly.

address needs to be UPDATED, just had a order to pick up and sent me to the wrong location, and I canceled the entire dash, it has happened to me multiple times
