The update sucks
I can’t go when I want anymore we have to schedule a time to dash, bring the old door dasher back pls ! It doesn’t even let me schedule a future time either

La app de Doordash trabaja muy bien. El problema es que la cuenta crimsson es fácil de vulnerar y te pueden robar tu dinero. A mí me robaron y cuando te comunicas con ellos, la solución es. ( Esperar al menos dos meses en lo que termina su investigación). Cosa que no es normal porque te roban de su propia plataforma, para luego ellos hacerte esperar por un dinero que te robaron por causa de la debilidad de su sistema de protección de datos. No la recomiendo para nada.

Done
I am done supporting Door Dash. How a company can hold Dashers accountable for stores being out of stock on products or having sections closed due to a holiday is beyond me. They refuse to adjust shopper ratings and although it’s nice to have that bit of extra income every once in a while the cost of gas and wear and tear on my vehicle is not worth it to be disrespected.

App freezing
My app is freezing constantly on my iPhone and when I try and to exit out and update and reboot it it still says something went wrong. When I call the app AI won’t allow me to speak to a human support agent.
Good but needs work
As a pro shopper i do my best to maintain my ratings which has been a source of constant frustration as of late due to the recurring technical glitches in the app. Ill have the correct item but it wont scan, says the barcode isnt recognized or the screen just freezes, but as soon as i scan an incorrect item it scans perfectly fine. Has happened several times now . Support cant mark the item found for me so my only work around is to act as if im substituting the item and suggest the correct/original item as the substitution so i can move forward to the next item. & Despite scanning the correct/original item as the substitute the system still recognizes it as a sub and it counts against me which is absolutely tanking my ratings!! Literally the last 10 items “not found” were indeed found but i had to mark them
Otherwise because theres no way around these constant system errors/glitches . and its not my signal because as i stated, as soon as i scan the correct item as a substitute it goes through just fine. There needs to be a way to account for this. My item found rating has dropped from 100 to 98 percent in just a matter of days at no fault of my own. In these instances Either support should have access to verify you have the correct item and mark it found or there should be an option to manually input info into app to mark it found in events of system errors (which are frequent as of late).

Make pickup and drop off faster
Nothing against this company but gas prices are high maintenance on cars are high and they can’t pay you so much for delivering a pizza or a sandwich. I just don’t want them to waste my time by sending me orders I never take. You know my patterns and I just say try to make things as fast as possible during pickup so we are not spending so much time taking pictures and clicking buttons some seem unnecessary. Im not understanding how I can verify something is there when the bag is sealed. It just seems like gas prices and inflation are too much to make any money or you have to be out all day.

$2 dollar orders
The two dollar orders on this app are REAL!! I drive a SUV and they want me to go 4.2miles for $2.27 the disrespect is real and I’m a new driver. You would think they would give me some decent orders so I can wanna do it some more but no my first order was two dollars and it was guaranteed two dollars. This is not even a side money gig app too many immigrants working in it so they pay everybody like their immigrants.

Every day I’m so excited to check the dash app to see if there are any $8 catering orders on the app! All the other Dashers are taken those stupid $12 regular deliveries. Sure they can do 2 to 3 in about the same time it takes me to do this one catering order. They’re dummies for making more money than me. Sarcasm at its best.!!

First of all, they close my account for no reason and then I asked for help to get it back together, and I got it back together and they still won’t let me dash so I didn’t have no accidents. Nothing no suspensions on my record and you guys still keep closing my Dasher account but just will take my money for my order – food to my house that’s so not fair. Y’all cancel my thing for nothing and it says active, but I still can’t do anything.

App issues and pay issues
Help app does not work when hit pay issues does not open window it does nothing and app update wont give option to verify bank information so not getting paid until call and get a real person to reverify for payment to push thru
Okay at most
It was okay in the beginning but eventually that app started to glitch on runs…it will have us on a blank screen for hours then send us back to the store. They even took our account for their mistakes. Never let my assistant dash period
Scammers
Door dash is 100% a scam!! They take something and pretend to discount it, then when it’s totaled up after tip they secretly take off that discount and your bill doubles instantly.. 100% f door dash!!!!
Software Update
The last update on this app was 6 days ago - why? I haven’t been getting any orders in the last 3 hours here in Tennessee - somebody please update your app
time to deliver too short, routing weak, often long waits at stores.
time allowed to deliver doesnt account for traffic enough and keeps wanting you to make left turns into heavy traffic. UPS has figured out the minimal left into traffic rule, ask them. doordash crimson ATM card and related fintech features in app are superb, suprise and delite feature! dont lie to drivers about wait times. if it is 20 minutes, write 20 minutes, not 1 to 3 minutes. hire me as your statistician, i'll fix it!

Acceptance rate
One order get you - 1 acceptance rate deducted why is it when you get doubble order or 4 order you still get -1 that is wrong they need to fixed it for every single delivery you do you get 1 point making it harder for dasher to get their rate up if I’m doin 20-30delivery a day I should be getting my rat up instead this negtive patterns
