App support sucks
The app don’t provide a clear communication with customer service! for help to the shoppers, also pay really bad and want you to do a whole 3 orders for a payment that won’t even cover your gas expend while driving to the stores. They need to fix that or pay 25 an hour as Ny or other states.

Poor payment for orders.
They are taking advantage of the drivers. Knowing that drivers need to earn money, they set order payouts low—even when the orders involve large quantities of items—resulting in poor pay. Furthermore, the rating system works against the drivers. If a supermarket is out of stock, the driver is the one who suffers; it negatively impacts their order quality and ratings, and the lack of products also affects their tips.
