We need an update
Can I get a new update because I’m not seeing good orders I’m sitting at a store other people are seeing stuff that I’m not seeing and I don’t see stuff from other stores even though my speed is good. Your app is trash There’s a guy here. He gets all the good orders. It’s not fair fix it. WHERE IS THE IPHONE UPDATE THUS WEEK IM TIRED OF THIS ONE PLEASE

Switching From Android
I recently switched to IOS from Android and for some reason the app treats me like a new shopper. My entire profile is still completely accurate, but when doing orders it acts as if I've never shopped before (been a shopper since 2019) causing me to take a lot longer to complete orders because of the additional steps new shoppers must take.

Got deactivated
Got deactivated after customer wanted order canceled!!! They aren’t fair can’t someone make another app that will actually look into the situations ridiculous!!
More deliveries needed
During Covid, you can make a decent amount of money with Instacart and now I feel like become extremely difficult. Hopefully things will pick up no complaints about the actual company though.

I was injured on a delivery on 6/23/26 and still have heard from Instacart

I love this app it changed my life. I can make my own schedule around my classes & working in nursing field. I wish it was more money per day that’s all 💚 I love helping people with groceries etc

If any discrepancies happen during your shop, you are not supported or compensated. This app wasted so much of my time, definitely do not recommend!
Shopper Bonuses
Instacart should have better bonus perks weekly for shoppers. For example earn $100 for completing 20+ batches in a week.

App support sucks
The app don’t provide a clear communication with customer service! for help to the shoppers, also pay really bad and want you to do a whole 3 orders for a payment that won’t even cover your gas expend while driving to the stores. They need to fix that or pay 25 an hour as Ny or other states.

All positive reviews are bots and fake.
Poor payment for orders.
They are taking advantage of the drivers. Knowing that drivers need to earn money, they set order payouts low—even when the orders involve large quantities of items—resulting in poor pay. Furthermore, the rating system works against the drivers. If a supermarket is out of stock, the driver is the one who suffers; it negatively impacts their order quality and ratings, and the lack of products also affects their tips.
