This app is all you need
We have been using this app for our pet sitting business for about 3 years now. It has everything we need and even the ability to create custom fields. I honestly would have given it 3 stars when I first started using it. However, had I just gone through all of the readily available documentation on “how” to fully use it (instead of trying to just figure it out as I go) it would have been 4 stars. Why then, did I give it 5 stars? Because their customer service is phenomenal! I have sent so many questions, requests for updates etc. and they are ALWAYS responsive and have added several things to the development plan! Is it 100% bug free all the time, no. Almost all apps have a few bugs with updates. Do they fix bugs quickly when reported, YES! The fact that they provide support and even listen to users, goes a long way with me! I highly suggest googling their user manuals before you set up the app and begin using it. It will save you lots of time in the end. They also have customer facing user manuals for your clients.

I like it
I have been using this app for seven or eight years now. At times I was frustrated with it. But as one other reviewer said the developers are very responsive, and the app has improved immensely over the years. I rely on it seven days a week along with four or five other people who work for me. It’s been a game changer for my business.
