Greatest idea ever!
We used downtowner 3 times while we were in Savannah. The 3 different people we had as drivers were extremely friendly and talkative and just overall nice in general. 10/10 recommend and TIP YOUR DRIVER YOU ARE GETTING A FREE RIDE YOU CAN SPARE SOME CASH!

Amazing. Free. Decided to go to the Kroger market at 8 pm while staying in downtown Savannah. Wait time was 25 minutes for a driver to come. Driver pulled up on time and I was notified by the app. Went to supermarket and bought snacks for the hotel room. Wait time for the return trip was only 3 minutes. And the only cost was the optional tip. But why wouldn’t you tip, the ride was free!

Do not ride with Thomas he passed us not only once when we were waving him down then didn’t come back as I could see on the tracker then couldn’t go back on because of the wait

A pleasant way to get around Savannah
Found out about this at the TRYP by Wyndham when we asked about UBER or taxi service. Quickly downloaded the app and began using the service.
The drivers were all friendly and each of the vehicles was clean and roomy.

Excellent concept for anywhere and anyone. App is easy to use and worked well for a first time user.
Terrible customer support
I downloaded this app mistakenly thinking this was the app my university recommended me to download. Now that I want to terminate my account and delete the app, customer service has been completely silent and my ability to terminate is being refused. I despise companies that make it difficult for customers to delete their accounts. I tried several times inputting my email and password and it keeps telling me I am unable to terminate and now have been waiting to hear back from customer support on this matter. If I could give half a star I would

No way to communicate if something is lost
This is a wonderful service, and I wish my city offered the same thing. However, a friend of mine left a phone in a car and realized there is no phone number to contact anyone working for the Downtowner. We sent an email about the phone and received a reply that it was found and someone would call us at 5PM. We live 6 hours away and changed our plans to wait in Savannah, but no one ever called leaving us to drive home in the dark and in the rain. After someone finally called to ask about shipping the phone, she was extremely rude. Totally ignored and not valued in this situation. Someone only had to call. Very disappointed in the service being unable to call anyone and the total disrespect and disregard for people’s time.

IS AN AMAZING SERVICE
when I got to Savannah I found out about the service, it's a safe service, and very necessary, as a recommendation it would be even more great if they extended the hours, I mean, the current hours are great, but it would be amazing if they implemented the service in the mornings as well

I see s lot of reviews that had the same experience. Times keep changing and never show up.
Wonderful service
Our hotel told us about this app when we arrived in Savannah and at first I was skeptical as I never heard of it and because she said it was free, we just needed to tip. I googled it and read that it was indeed a legit service so I immediately got the app and used it several times during our stay. The drivers we super friendly and the vehicles were clean. Hoping this will catch on and be available in many more cities!
