Great workout generator
I love never having to plan a workout and getting a great variety of exercises
Great app
I had been looking for a workout app that would track and log my workouts over time. I would often how many sets, reps and weight I had done the previous workout. This app does all that and more! It allows heart rate tracking and many more options. I can’t recommend enough!
