App Crashes in iPhone

App keep on in crashing in my iPhone. It worked earlier few months back but now its keep on crashing. I tried all ways but it didn't work

Cheating

Yesterday I was at airport and when I tried to book my lounge access it book for 2 even if choose 1. I canceled it and rebooked carefully choosing the option as 1 visitor but again booked for 2. They are forcing me to take 2 visitors and I had to loose two lounge access. Such a bad app it will not allow you inside the and it will suggest to do web login. Pathetic

This is an app which will airport lounge by paying money.

This is a chargeable domestic lounge. If you are thinking that for 2 rupees you can reach the airport lounge, then it is not so. Everything is completely wrong. I was the first to go. I also paid 2 rupees. After that I came to know that if you want to go to the lounge then you have to pay the full amount, it was written that there is a charge.

Doesn’t work on all the cards

It accepted only my Axis Bank card and didn’t accept my HDFC Bank, Corporate CitiBank, and Priority Pass details. In sum, I would still need to stand in the lounge queue. Not worth having.

Captcha not visible in iPhone 12 mini

Captcha was not shown and this leads to blocking my number due to “too many requests”. I noticed that , captcha exists when I tried using the app in a big screen. It was too late when I identified the issue as my mobile number was locked to access the app

Bad experience with login

When I try to login to using the app, it only gives an option to login through membership id even though I can access through website. If only have to use website, why is this app exist? Is it only for the people who have membership??

Useless app constantly crashing

Learn something from priority pass! App doesn't work at all and they don't care to fix since more than a year!

Doesn’t even work

Why bother developing an app when you can’t even make the basic functionality work? I can’t access anything apart from adding the card itself. Pointless waste of an app.

Allow logging in using international numbers

This app only allows logging in using India +91 numbers but I have an account set up on dreamfolks.in using a UK +44 number that I can’t log into using the app

Full of bugs

Not good for regular usages. App store is the place where I miss 0* ratings! Or else the app should get it.

Installed it for the first time, and after graciously providing my mobile number, I was greeted with a heartwarming message: 'too many requests from this mobile number.' How delightful! Before installing, I couldn't fathom why the overall rating was as low as it was. But fear not, my eyes have been opened! Now I understand, oh, how I understand.
