It Works - Needs Apple Health Integration
Why doesn’t this integrate into Apple Health ? Seems pretty basic for all my data to be shared with my provider, in 1 tool.
App Not functional
My app has not been able to sync to my machine for close to 2 years. It keeps saying there is going to be an update but the. It never does.
Recertified
I can’t even set up an account because it says the serial number is assigned to another user. I’ve got a recertified unit due to the recall. I’m assuming someone set up an account with this unit previously to the recall. Please do something to fix this issue.

This app works; been using it quite a while without issue. I wish it would either integrate with Apple Health or Withings to better support a healthy synopsis.

The one time in 6yrs that I actually want to use the app and I it won’t download my data. I have had the same account, app and machine since 2019 and it won’t update anything. At least the machine will display information for me.

So I tired to log in and nothing. I reset all my password and stuff and the app won’t let me log in.

Lost Bluetooth Connection
Over the years the app would lose Bluetooth connection and stop syncing. To correction would remove the phone and reconnect / pair. Not this time. Not so sure why this app has a history losing connection but here we go again.
Unable to pair
Somehow my phone came unpaired and I have been unable to pair again, no matter what I do. App has little advice on this.
No Apple Health Integration Makes This App Feel Outdated
DreamMapper is outdated and frustrating. There is no Apple Health integration and no decent workaround, which makes the app nearly useless for anyone trying to manage their health data in one place.
CPAP and sleep data should connect with the rest of my health information. In this day and age, keeping it trapped inside one limited app is unacceptable.

Garbage
This app sucks, used to be good about 5 years ago when I used to use it now it suck, won’t ever sync to my machine, won’t display information after it does “sync” absolute garbage
Just awful
I cannot understand why pairing the app to my device requires me to contact technical support simply because I upgraded my phone. I completely understand the need for security and privacy, however the absolute lack of a self-support resolution is absurd. My toothbrush and lightbulbs work perfectly! But these app and cpap connectivity issues need to be corrected.

Could be better
I want to know how long I sleep at night. It should be easy enough to do as I have a machine that records sleep events and I use the machine whenever I sleep. I found that the application’s user report misses some days completely and on other days, it records less sleep than I record manually.

Used to sync without issue - Now it will not.

This is a great application with great information and one giant flaw! It will sync with apple health. It has been this way forever and really should be fixed.

app stopped working won’t reset won’t send links for reset , no response from Phillips for assistance logging in.
This is not well designed or maintained
Every time I receive a notice of an improved version, it never works.
Doesn’t sync on weekends?
The app has greatly improved from when it was first launched but for some reason it never links up (bluetooth) with my machine on weekends. Makes no sense and not sure if this is happening to others or just mine.

6/8/2026 Edit: has worked fine until last update. Now broken again. Still one of the worst apps ever.
Worked for 6 weeks, now says needs update, I go to App Store, no update available. I’d give it a zero stars if I could. Edit: Now it will not display any data after it uploads ( successfully) - also you cannot delete your primary device. I do not have my primary device anymore it was recalled because they were killing people with them.
