The old app worked fine. The only problem with the update at this point is not providing the information on pressure highs and lows during a session. This makes it impossible to be informed about therapy, and have informed consent.
Totally worthless it says it’s added in my device and then there’s nothing there
Since the beginning of August the app has not been syncing with my machine. It keeps giving a connection error. My bluetooth is turned on, on both the machine and my phone yet it is not able to “connect”. I am not sure if this is because of an app update or maybe my machine is not compatible with updated app software. The only silver lining is that my provider doesn’t seem to have issues accessing my sleep data.

Did a child invent this app? This is so basic m, oh my God if I had of known this app was so horrible I would’ve switched and got myself a different machine. This is a piece of garbage. Horrible!
Pair failure. App is clunky, seems like discount coding. Blue tooth connection only lasts a couple of days. Requires voodoo to reconnect: delete and reinstall app, reboot phone. Even then it is hit and miss. Too onerous to ro be constantly reconnecting. I am tech savvy and it just took me 45 minutes to get it to connect.

The app works fine and records my data well. Annoyingly, the Notifications and suggestions cover half the screen and for some reason don’t disappear once read. Surely there’s a fix as it ruins the whole look and feel of the app.
I have been unable to sync since May. Every time I try to pair with my phone the pop up screen to select my device comes up blank and I can go no further.
For 3 months now I can’t sync my machine. It will not connect to app. I’ve tried deleting the app and reinstalling but nothing works. I used to rely on this app to keep track of my sleep apnea but nothing now.
Now over a year since major upgrade and rarely provides sleep data. The app used to work 90% of the time prior to “upgrade”. Now syncs and provides data once a week. Time is money and this app costs me time to monitor how it is controlling my sleep apnea. Besides rarely syncing, it insults me by saying good afternoon or good evening when still early in morning. Overall very poor experience and execution.

Running version 3.3.3 App suddenly loses data, having connected with DreamStation device. Then displays an error stating connection issue, suggests contact provider. Switched mobile off and on, did same for DS, no change. ???What's going on. Seems like this has happened before according to Reviews!

App worked fine for a month or so, but data sync to the app is now inexplicably failing, and previous data is no longer showing either. Removed and reinstalled the app, and re-paired over Bluetooth, but no change. Waiting for the next bug fix: app seems to have had a chequered history from what I can find online.

Sadly stopped working, not synchronizing data at all😢after new version….
No Apple Health integration in 2026 is unacceptable. As a 100% disabled combat veteran managing multiple chronic conditions, I need AHI and therapy data alongside Apple Watch metrics in one place. ResMed’s myAir already supports this type of integration. DreamMapper keeps everything siloed. Please add HealthKit support. Philips is behind.

Why did you change the old app? You made this app so unfriendly and unhelpful, hope the update you keep promising will make it better
***Updated: App finally “works”. Just can not add my device. Keeps showing error. Luckily is does read the info somehow.
Worked decently when I first got a new CPAP, but now (July 2026) I can’t get my phone to connect at all. Been 6 months without full use of a device that I rely on daily. I’m a long-time CPAP user and very tech savvy. I will never buy another Phillips product again.
Why doesn’t this integrate into Apple Health ? Seems pretty basic for all my data to be shared with my provider, in 1 tool.
My app has not been able to sync to my machine for close to 2 years. It keeps saying there is going to be an update but the. It never does.
I can’t even set up an account because it says the serial number is assigned to another user. I’ve got a recertified unit due to the recall. I’m assuming someone set up an account with this unit previously to the recall. Please do something to fix this issue.
This app works; been using it quite a while without issue. I wish it would either integrate with Apple Health or Withings to better support a healthy synopsis.
