Doesn’t work
I’ll get the notification but the app won’t open to the chat. It’s always busy/thinking
How to fix
I was contacted by tech support. I made sure my phone was fully updated. I deleted the Drift app, I restarted my phone and then redownloaded the Drift app. I signed in and it works great again.
It's a great program but…
Stopped working a few months ago. Now I can’t load conversations after getting the alert. Please fix this!

Yall. Please fix your app. Everyone is having the same issues. Yall used to be an incredible company- the best company to use for chat box on websites. I can see notifications but can’t see what they say- it just keeps spinning and spinning. My convos dont load and it looks like everyone else is having this problem. What happened to this company?
UPDATE- I left a review in JANUARY of 2024 about how their app is not working!!! It is now January 2025 and it is STILL not fixed!!! I’ve used Drift since 2020 and NO ONE has responded to me. They do not care about their customers who have been with them for FIVE YEARS. Cancelling now! I’m DONE.

So Frustrated
I don’t understand why I am not getting notifications in real time. It is so frustrating. All my notifications are turned on. Please help me fix this as I need to service my inquiries immediately when they come in and you all never respond or help me get this sorted. Can you please help me. I never see the notifications until I check my e mail and then it’s too late

One App that never works
You guys really need a better mobile app development process. Your app never works, I am going to move to a different provider since I am unable to answer the chat.

Every time I go to respond to someone it just spends its rare I can ever respond on my phone in less than 60 seconds

I haven’t ever been able to use the app and the website on mobile only directs you to download the app. I have literally lost job leads because this app doesn’t work.
Mobile app not functional
Desktop works great, love drift as a product, but mobile app does not work in the slightest. I will get notifications somebody started a conversation and can see what they say but when I go on the app to reply nothing will load

As of last two weeks, sign-in refuses to work.
It’s kinda slow
Been using for years, but it feels like it takes too long to load often times. It has me worried we’re losing customers. I’m writing this review because I hate change and I would rather they just make loading speed a priority. Also it would be nice if we could specify and auto response time that is between the 2 and 5 minute defaults as 3 minutes would be nice, but maybe this is not necessary if we get the notification right away and it loads right away. Otherwise happy with the software.

Horrific app. Never working, does not display correctly. I recommend choosing a different system.
Slow load times
Recently the app has crawled to a halt. Both loading the list of all convos or going to a specific convo from a push notification. Happy to update this review if a future update helps. But as of this time I am having to go to the desktop instead.
Mobile App No Longer Works
The mobile app has been broken for well over a month and you will receive a notification when you receive a message, but you can’t view or chat with the person using the app.
