Advanced technology
I am 66 years old and so I am not a millennial, but I must say it takes me a while to get caught up with the advanced technology, but I am really enjoying the technology with the DriveCentric and the infusing in the modern day. Car sales is just fantastic and it gets shows an old dog tricks so yes, I am enjoying it.

Works fine, sometimes it doesn’t work. Needs update very frequently and pops up every time you click anything. Usually when you need speed because you are with a customer so it can be frustrating. Skip until tomorrow doesn’t work.

DriveCentric is a Force Multiplier
It is a great CRM system. I personally love it.
However, it comes with certain nuances.
Foremost at the top, the so-called expert users/admin and the bottom the real users need to be in harmony to get maximum advantage of this, very nice CRM and a great support team.
If they are not in harmony, Weak / incompetent expert users/admin become a nightmare and a source of frustration, nullifying the strengths of this CRM.
However, it comes with certain nuances.

I’ve shot videos and then they won’t upload. I’m losing time if I have retake a personalized video.

Soooo many flaws. Not designed to help salespeople sell cars

Doesn’t work properly
85% of the time it does not work correctly, there are updates regularly that temporarily fix issues until the next update that then causes more issues. Really an ongoing issue.
Video upload
Constant issue with video upload! Contacted support multiple times, same issue, no solution! Other than that, love the app.
Force multiplier
I have been working with other CRM‘s for almost 20 years; this definitely is the best one.
However, there is a cliché, it is good for those who want to go for an extra mile, work hard and intelligently to produce more. The biggest handicap is when management/admin start putting breaks! it should be used as an open floor, up for grabs.
One thing definitely needs improvement, the depiction of closing ratios is lopsided.
There should be a way to cancel out Bad leads. So that they are not counted against users. I’m sure there must be a way, admin needs to learn that.

It would appear as though someone who has never worked in the car business created this. There are a lot of inconsistencies that need to be addressed.
